“We LOVED staying here!! Not only from the start, but throughout the entire week of our stay, the customer service was truly amazing. We got in from driving from PHX with two kids after our flight from DFW, and were way earlier than check in. Diane at the front desk was beyond kind and accommodating. Not only did she get us into a room within an hour of our first interaction with her but she went above and beyond to make sure we had all the info needed for our trip. She was nothing but sweet and gracious with the girls, giving them activities and interacting with them, truthfully always going out of her way to make this trip special for them, and alleviate us as well. Not only the service was amazing, but equally the rooms were so perfect for our family, fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. Amenities were wonderful, a perfect little gym and a lovely pool, with multiple hot tubs across the property. All in all, will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Oro Valley!”

“I can’t believe I haven’t stayed here before for staycation purposes when we need to (or want to) stay in a hotel. Not only is the location convenient to Oro Valley / North Tucson, but the experience was really great. The room was spacious and clean, check in and check out were fast, smooth, and pleasant (excellent front desk staff, I liked that), the view was even really good (of the mountains). The bed was comfortable, bathroom had almost everything you need (in my particular case, no soap by the sink, though), plenty of room for clothes and luggage, and I could even use my Roku stick (SO many high end hotels work incredibly hard to PREVENT you from using your own streaming device). Great value for the price. Will definitely return.”

Wonderful breakfast with most anything you would ever want. Offering more choices than most with plenty of seating, lounge area, TV, and newspapers available. Everyone was pleasant. Plenty of good parking is available with easy access to rooms, with security locked doors from outside if not entering through the main lobby. Workout rooms, nice pool, laundry room with washer and dryers available if needed! Overall Awesome!!! Thanks to Fairfield Inn & Suites Tucson North.
