“Great staff. They thoroughly review each station for form and suggest alternatives if needed. The pace is fast so taking me some time to adjust but makes the workout go by quickly. Also, the staff continually works around the room to monitor your form to improve your workout and minimize injuries.Great workout and a staff that makes the workout fun!”

“I just joined. I love this gym, fabulous treadmills! BUT....PLEASE OH PLEASE put hooks in the shower stalls. A metal bench would be nice too. Those of us who shower after a workout have no private place to hang our towels nor our clothes. No place inside the shower to put our stuff. So frustrating.”
“Very nice gym with enough equipment of any kind so there isn’t any waiting for your turn.
They even have a swimming pool with 4 wide lanes for some serious laps.
We are new to this gym, Roy squared us away and gave us an enthusiastic tour.”
