Enterprise at 8195 N. Oracle Rd. is terrible. Made a reservation 7 days before and they had 1 truck to rent, and I asked for a small car. After complaining, they threatened to void my rental. Manager wasn't helpful either, a horrible experience at this store. Usually rent from Enterprise all the time..just unhappy people at this store.

[Update] 5 star - Dec 2023I visited again this time knowing to need a credit card and the experience was smooth. So I thought in the spirit of new year you deserve an updated review. Tara and Josh were very helpful and after the car wasn’t ready at pick up time offered to call when it was available, and made up for it with an upgrade. Drop off took 5 minutes. The value was great. I still recommend getting rid of credit cards as a requirement and finding a way to mitigate debit users risk with a larger deposit to accommodate. That said, I will definitely visit again based on today’s experience.1 star - Dec 2022Has made credit cards a hard requirement. Does not tell you this at reservation time.

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Oracle Road in Oro Valley had just the car I needed and for a very good price. Tara and her team were quite efficient and took very good care me. In very little time I was out of there and on the road with a nearly new, and very clean, vehicle. Everything went as well as you could reasonably expect. Very much recommended.

Let me first start by saying that I owned an auto repair shop for 21 years. I had a wonderful relationship with the Enterprise Rent a car company near my shop. They were excellent with customer service. For the very first time I found myself needing a rental car because my car needed repairs and was in a shop. I told all of the above to the agent that was assisting me.When I first came in there was only one agent there behind the counter and was busy helping a customer, so I sat down and waited for her to finish with the customer.When another agent came in and was standing behind the counter I finished a phone call and was greeted with what appeared to me to be an attitude. I was asked for my drivers license and a debit or credit card. Because the address on my drivers license was different than where I’m now living I was told I had to use a credit card. I keep zero balance on all my credit cards and don’t understand that policy.While going through the vehicle check I was asked about insurance. My previous experience was that all of my customers that I had sent to Enterprise were able to use their current auto insurance rather than purchase insurance. So, based on that experience I declined. On my way home ( 5 minutes away) I called my insurance company and was told they no longer offer coverage for rental cars unless I was in an accident. This, apparently is now a standard policy with all insurance companies. Enterprise probably knows that and should attempt to disclose that information. I called them and asked to include the insurance and was told I would need to bring the car back for an inspection. I understand the logic behind that and gladly complied. When I arrived back, I sensed an attitude. Probably could have been a little understanding and offered “ I’m sorry you had to bring the vehicle back “ but that was not the case. I was really surprised that type of reaction was not part of their customer service.That being said, the car was clean, had plenty of fuel and was easy to operate.When I returned the car ( a week later) the agent acted as if she had no idea what I was doing there. Even though I had answered the return update message and indicated I would return the car at 7:30 am.My perception is that the customer service my auto shop provided for 21 years is apparently no longer standard. Rather, customers are now made to feel that the business is there as a privilege for the customer.My shop had a mission statement posted that in essence lifted the customer up by saying that they were the reason our business even existed and that we always wanted them to feel how important they were to our success. That our customers provide a means for us to make a living and therefore we wanted to make sure that their satisfaction was our top priority.Anytime any issue arose my staff and I would do whatever it took to ensure customer satisfaction.☮️

Friendly staff, efficiently run. This is the best car rental location I have used. Things are done in a timely manner and the staff is always very nice.

Customer service was great! Great attitudes! I marked it down 1 star because I asked for a 1/2 ton pick up and was told a 1/2 ton was available. I received a midsize truck. It still worked but I had to adjust my plans a bit. Also, the windshield washer fluid was empty. Overall good experience.

This is the second time I rented from this location and neither time did they have the size car I requested. I requested a full size and had to take a smaller size. Ok they adjusted the price but when your going to be driving for a long time the comfort is important. Not happy.

Zak and Cris went above and beyond to accommodate me . They are professional, courteous and personable. Lincoln and his team were also amazing. They even drove me home. Great service plus, plus, plus. The car was clean and in tip top shop when I picked it up. I received outstanding service from everyone there with a smile and a great car. I highly recommend the Oro Valley Az. Branch if you want superior service. Thank you and I will be back.
