I can see why your rating are starting to drop. I have been sick since January sinusitis, flu a, now acute bronchitis. My PCP prescribed a strong cough syrup with codeine and a steroid. These jerks have taken it upon themselves to determine what my doctor can and cannot prescribe because they don't dispense anything with codeine. Their research shows that the others are just as effective. Oh really, then why didn't it work when I had it the first time. You all are freaking ridiculous. I hope you continue to lose customers and go out of business. Your job is to dispense what is prescribed period.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. A cashier by the name of Alejandro was extremely rude and callous in behavior. I don’t know if he’s just a grumpy old man only caters to white people only but instead of finding alternative ways to help utilize my extra card he continuously I was argumentative. First I’m a customer it’s inappropriate to say “well it would be helpful to word in a way I can understand it” rewording what I said as of I’m incompetent or haven’t been a cvs member for 25 years. I immediately returned the item. This store won’t get a cent out of me. This is not acceptable and abusive. It’s obvious this person hates his job. If you want a better experience go to the CVS on Ina rd. People there will be happier to help.

I was using the self check out and a cashier named Alejandro was extra helpful.
He explained and offered to enroll me as a member so that I could take advantage of the discounts on my purchase. He really didn't have to and he went out of his way to help me and quickly sign me up.
Alejandro was attentive and provided excellent customer service.

I had an interesting shopping experience today. I stopped by to purchase a gift card. When I walked in I quickly scanned around the registers as I have seen other stores keep them up there. I quickly walked a few aisles and was unable to find them. I decided to stand in line and wait my turn to ask the gentleman at the cashier. That’s when I noticed the gentleman at the register giving me a strange wide open look. I began to feel uncomfortable but then thought maybe the gentleman has a mental/behavioral/social condition so left it at that. All of a sudden the gentleman abruptly stops helping a customer at the register and tells me I look like I’m in a rush and what do I need. I was taken aback. He tells me where to find the gift cards - I find them and then go to the self check out where I find a tacky taped sign that says DO NOT YANK RECEIPT. How much more unwelcoming can this store be? I always find it interesting how people that hate customer service end up working in customer service.

They employ inappropriate employers who belittle, talk over, and incompetent at their job.
This location needs a total revamp of all employees.

I was exhausted from checking all over town looking for my face toner at other stores. I went to CVS I couldn’t find it and the clerk called the manager and she came to me and we went to the skincare section and there it was , she picked it up and said is this it ? Omg yes I got my Neutrogena face toner I was so so happy to finally find my face toner one happy customer. Thank you, CVS. You guys are amazing.!

I haven't used the pharmacy at this location but the manager, Martha, is very helpful in the main portion of the store. She is especially knowledgeable about the OTC benefits with the various insurance plans. I'll continue to shop here knowing if I need assistance that Martha is there to help.

Worst cvs pharmacy. Worst customer service. They have signs to tell people not to be rude.. it’s NOT the customers just fyi it’s the STAFF. To agree to previous reviews the “young tall man with glasses” is rude.

First time picking up a prescription in this store. I was waiting inside the store for the pharmacy technician to mix my son’s medications and the pharmacist made a sarcastic comment about helping me. I never asked for her help but she decided to be funny. Some other employees, especially one of the twins, follow her ridiculousness and start laughing as well. I found that very rude and unprofessional. Grow up…

A lot of the workers at the pharmacy here are really rude. I’ve encountered a couple nice ones, but for the most part their employees are careless. Especially this one young pharm tech, don’t know what her name is but she is a snot and always has a horrible attitude
