Worst cvs pharmacy. Worst customer service. They have signs to tell people not to be rude.. it’s NOT the customers just fyi it’s the STAFF. To agree to previous reviews the “young tall man with glasses” is rude.

First time picking up a prescription in this store. I was waiting inside the store for the pharmacy technician to mix my son’s medications and the pharmacist made a sarcastic comment about helping me. I never asked for her help but she decided to be funny. Some other employees, especially one of the twins, follow her ridiculousness and start laughing as well. I found that very rude and unprofessional. Grow up…

A lot of the workers at the pharmacy here are really rude. I’ve encountered a couple nice ones, but for the most part their employees are careless. Especially this one young pharm tech, don’t know what her name is but she is a snot and always has a horrible attitude

CVS PHARMACY 10650 N Oracle Rd, Oro Valley, AZ 85737. Removed all of my pharmacy prescriptions from this location. Tired of walking in and getting rude attitudes. They seem angry all the time and I am just there to get prescriptions filled or picking up. I would rather not have to get any prescriptions filled but unfortunately I do and not sure if they always have bad customers to deal with, but either way I don't appreciate the attitudes I get coming into this store's pharmacy.

Stood outside the door wondering if the time on the sign was right as the guy wandered up to unlock the door late. He then proceeded to follow me around the store as I went to grab hair spray. He then stared at me until I finished self checkout. The guy who opened the CVS on 3/10 late is an absolute creeper!

Visited the Minute clinic and the attending nurse was first class. Very thorough and professional. The pharmacy was very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

The Pharmacist Charles is HORRIBLE. He is rude, does not allow customers to ask questions, is condescending, and is the most unprofessional Pharmacist I have ever spoken to. It is obvious he either hates his job or is highly overworked. I have decided to transfer my prescription back to Walgreens, where you can ask the Pharmacist questions without being screamed at and talked down to. He was so unprofessional and rude I had to hang up. Getting cut off in mid sentence and spoken to like a child is unbelievable. I'm surprised corporate does not look into the reviews of this Pharmacy. Looks like we all have the same issue.

You shouldn't have to argue with a wet behind the ears, pharmacy tech to get get your BP meds refilled. This place SUCKS!!!! I'm going back to Walgreen.

Tall young man with glasses at pharmacy was very disrespectful, condescending and mean to an elderly woman trying to pick up her prescription. It's really a shame that this young man does not have better customer service skills when dealing with sick people.

This CVS Pharmacy is my favorite for their pharmacy staff, there are two pharmacists there who are great: Charles and Mallory. My favorite pharmacy tech is Shane. Always professional, friendly and helpful.

A pharmacy employee, was incredibly rude. I went to pick up a prescription and they kept rolling their eyes and huffing. Normally I don't let this sort of thing bother me but literally all they had to do was accept my payment and grab a paper bag. It was a simple task and to be given so much attitude over it was just insane to me. I understand having bad days but that doesn't mean taking it out on others. I work in retail and never would you catch me having this sort of attitude with a customer regardless of how I'm doing. Plus I have a great work environment so I'm not prone to feel upset. Which brings me to my next point; However if this CVS is a toxic workplace sort of thing then I wish the employee luck finding something better because I've been in a bad work environment before too, it sucks not having proper support or unreliable and snobby coworkers ?.
