“I moved to Tucson 7 months ago, and was fortunate enough to find Congregation Beit Simcha. Rabbi Cohon delivers exceptional sermons on Friday night and also personally leads thought provoking Torah Studies on Shabat morning, followed by a service that is typically about 1hr, 15 min, but inclusive of all prayers. Rabbi Cohon also chants directly from the Torah and was a former cantor, which is quite evident in his remarkable tone and voice quality. (You really must listen to him.). The congregants are all extremely nice and welcoming, as you will immediately feel like you are home. After attending many other reform services in town, I was so taken by the hospitality that I joined shortly after. The kids programs are amazing as they are always smiling on the Bima and happy to participate. There are so many programs of study and areas to get involved, if you so choose. If you are looking for a great place to worship and be part of a wonderfully growing temple family, Beit Simcha is a must on your list. Try ‘one’ service, and you will see what I mean.”

“A place of spirituality and calm. Come in early afternoon to sort things out and pray. Maybe pray and sort things out. I love relic corner. Seek and ye shall find! The east end chapel is the most beautiful in Tucson. The grounds here are tidy and well tended. Now and then are two ravens for entertainment. I hope they are well. Here is a beautiful church, well worth 30 minutes spirit time.Stop by and enjoy.”
