The people were very friendly and it was quick and easy to get in and out. Stamps are inflated though! I failed to look at my receipt till after I left but they charge 90 cents for a forever stamp! That’s a 24 cent increase. Ouch!

We have used this private mail service for years. They are fast, friendly, and convenient. When we leave town they keep our mail. We do not have to deal with US Postal service. They receive packages, then text you when they have it.

Ze did an AMAZING job packing and shipping three LARGE containers for us. There were numerous small, fragile pieces in each. The entire operation was done professionally and carefully. Everything arrived safely with nothing broken. We would not hesitate to use AIM Mail Center again. Thank you, Ze!

I had to get fingerprints done for state board of nursing and the staff here was wonderful. They assured my prints were done properly and sent exactly the way they needed to be. I then received my fingerprints back from the board of nursing who bent them on their way back. I was so upset and worried I was going to have to pay quite a bit more money to get them redone. The staff at AIM worked so well with me and helped me resolve this issue! They were wonderful and helped relieve so much stress! I will definitely be returning.

Won't package and ship to return a laptop workstation based on FedEx recipient's charge number. This is common practice in remote worker era. I will avoid for serious business shipping. Now looking for a real shipper.

I was shipping an item with a label that was provided by the company that the return was going to. I mailed it on 5/31/22 and over a month later it had not arrived at it's destination. FedEx said it was the Post Offices responsibility, and the Post Office said it was FedEx. I went back to AIM Mail Center because I wasn't getting answers from anyone. Josh, the owner was amazing!!! He got right on it. Pulled the shipping records, determined it was FedEx that was responsible, and contacted them immediately, and stayed on it for days until the issue was resolved. Customer Service is hard to come by these days, however AIM Mail Center knows how to take care of their customers. The Staff obviously has been trained by Josh because they are very helpful as well.

Visited on a Saturday because USPS was closed. Ze helped me and saved me $17.00 by combining a package!! Great service!
