My family and I have been coming here for years now and these owners are the nicest people ever!!! They post live feeds on Facebook of the donkeys! They sell a plethora of unique gift shop items! They sell donkey food! Very Oatman community involved!(I'm honestly shocked at the 1 star reviews, especially by people who do not know that Oatman is NOT a place to bring your dogs. The uniqueness of experiencing the wild burros meandering around the streets is usually the main reason people come to Oatman. In bringing your dog here, you are willingly bringing the burros natural enemy ((dogs, coyotes))... I understand some people just don't know, but to review a business as 1 star because he was protecting the burros is just sad. I LOVE DOGS, but please, leave them at home or in your hotel room when visiting Oatman, the burros say "thanks")

Awesome! Soooo glad we made it out here. Took a random detour and ended up driving into town the Sidewinder end, hahaha. The Burrows are really nice, especially Oliver!

I visited this store on Christmas Day with my niece and was suprised at how unfriendly the woman was at the check out. we left without buying anything and went to another establishment thar appreciated our business. I would stay clear of this establishment.

The owner of this store lacks any sort of self control! She was rude, condescending, patronizing, amd worse of all she cussed me out in front of my 6,10,13 yr old children! Words out of her mouth were "no pictures allowed in my store" I asked why and responded with its great free advertisement had I chosen to post and tag her online! She replied with "F*** you" and then "Get the F out of my store" ! Claimed the store as her bread and butter and apparently pictures go against her policy enough that she felt the need to be threating and condescending!! Using vulgar language in front of other children and adults is beyond my level of understanding. Sometimes people have bad days but apparently this lady has no problem bringing what appears to be deep rooted personal problems to work. We jammed out of that store and unfortuantely the Town of Oatman as well! We will be back though and we will bring a ton of friends to patron every single business but this one! Recording children after we had already vacated your property earned you a police report for harrasment and unpermissable recording of minor children.

Friendly shop keeper and some neat items to purchase. They sell burro food if you want to feed the wild donkeys. Very happy with our experience in this shop (in fact it was quite refreshing after the rudeness we encountered in one of the others).

Gina is very rude and I refuse to support her or her store. I don't go to Oatman that much anymore because of Gina. Gina is running locals and tourists away because she yells and screams at them, instead of trying to talk to them. Zero stars

no I dont recommend this store. the owner is very rude to people coming into town that have dogs. this lady verbally attacked me and my Service Dog. I had to tell her to leave us alone, severally times

The biggest highlight of the shop is the owners. the next thing is their commitment to the town and the burros. Love these people they also have wonderful children. please support them when your in town
