“Prior to our visit on 09/15/2024, we contacted Holiday Inn to confirm that the pool would be available. They advised that the alert on the website was due to parking lot construction and exterior painting. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the pool and hot tub were in fact unavailable/under construction.
Would give customer service a 3/5 for the misleading messaging. However, this hotel and staff were great-- so do not want to tank their rating.”
