I had a good customer service experience this morning. People were friendly and helpful. There was a product that was not available, so one of the team leads advised me on where I can go instead to find it.

Good customer service ? very clean... if you can't find something they help you find it! They offer you products according to what you are looking for and excellent treatment in both English and Spanish ?
