The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is to thank Francisco the guy from lumber that helps load. It’s the third time this week my mother and I have need help with a new project and he’s been the one to help without being asked. First time was making sure the lumber we bought was loaded second he helped with securing everything and today we needed help with nails for a smaller project. We asked an associate for help he said he’d call for someone in isle 15 and no one showed up they were all on break, Francisco saw we had been waiting a long time and helped. Employees with a good attitude like him make shopping for things you have no clue about even better. Thank you.

Have someone in the Garden Dept. Currently not a soul to help or answer questions. . A couple of days ago I was there and an alarm was going but no one seemed to notice or care. In addition, I purchased an Ocotillo and checked it carefully at home. and and it is dead, dead. Should have checked it at the store. SELLING DEAD CACTUS PLANTS IS NOT A GOOD THING and I will return it for refund. Home Depot has always been good about returned merchandise but now I must return to the store which is rather inconvenient.

There restock is the worse I have ever ever seen in a store. If you are looking for a item that may be popular you can bet they will be out of stock. It is time for a Lowe's to locate in our area.

Ok, I am aware of my proclaimed wild hatred for Home Depot. Particularly for it's deplorable customer service. However, I am from Tucson, a big city, and am staying with family in Nogales, a small town. We needed to go in for a few things (being Spring Time, we have been planting like crazy!), and we have found almost everything we have wanted, but the thing that surprises me the most is how NICE all of the employees are. Nearly everyone who walked by said hello, or do you need help, or good afternoon. Maybe it's just me, but in Tucson, Home Depot employees seem to shrink at the sight of a customer, running, frantically to the break room passed customers to avoid seeing them or helping them (I am speaking generally, of course. There was that one, single time in my life someone was nice to me there), but here people went out of their way to be kind and helpful. I think I am just in shock. But I have gone to the Nogales Home Depot several times now and each time has been the same.

*sigh* Maybe it's just me, but I don't entirely enjoy having to spend my day off fixin' up the house and all. Even less than that, though.... having to search out customer service in a conglomerate hardware store so they can help me get the supplies neccessary to do the odd jobs around my house..... on my day off. So, thank you, Home Depot, for providing me with that. Thank you for having enough cashiers on hand to tell me not to let my daughter ride on the hand cart (hell, you even had an annoucement about it over the loudspeaker!) but only one or two people helping out the customers with the heavy lifting, the cutting of wood.....I had to wait twenty minutes for someone to lift the roof shingles onto my cart (they were stored fifteen feet off the ground without a ladder in sight......).
