Although this may take a few extra minutes, you get the advantage of a fenced parking lot that is not accessible to anyone else. Additionally, the lot is monitored by a surveillance system.In terms of cost, most of the parking lots in Nogales now charge $2 per hour. However, Ed's parking lot offers a flat fee of $12, which gives you 24-hour coverage.
