I have been servicing my vehicles with Croppers now for over a year since moving to Southern Arizona. They are great team and show attention to detail. I can tell that they have my well-being in mind by how regularly and clearly they communicate with me when I need service.
Each of the four people I usually interact with know me by name, ask about my family, and are genuinely interested in making sure that my vehicle runs well.
I also feel like they're shuttle service sets them apart.
Kudos to Jesus, Juan, Reuben, and Jose (Pepe).
Over the past year you've certainly earned my trust.

Took in my truck for service. They said it would take 2 hours 4 hours later I’m still waiting. Did not bother to notify me at all. Poor customer service.
