Amazing customer service by the gentleman who goes by the name of Daniel. He was very friendly and helped me and my family get a phone. He was very knowledgeable of the products, kept it honest, and gave us a 5 🌟 experience. Also, it was a Saturday at 3pm, and we were in and out!

I had made a mistake on question #1. Daniel was knowledgeable, personable, exubes confidence, an all around professional. Promote ahead of peers. Daniel should be given a raise in pay. All AT&T personnel should be as professional as Daniel.

Liz, from the Nogalas store, did a fantastic job cleaning up my phone (removed viruses), tried various fixes (couldn't read sim), outlined various options, got me a new phone and transfered my data. Great Service!!
