If I could, I would give this Verizon store ZERO stars!!!! My mom went in to get a new, android phone and Vishal did not even COMPLETE The set up of her phone- he decided it was more important to help this younger couple as she sat there 20 plus minutes while all he had to do was AT LEAST start the transfer from her old phone SO she could go on home (she has chronic pain and had to leave and come back to pick up her phone) In one week she continued to have problems because the PHONE WAS NOT COMPLETELY SET UP. We found this out from a Verizon Corporate store on Happy Valley which we ended up having to go to because of the lack of help. My mom went back to this store 4 times in the first week (keep in mind her phone had not been fully set up so she was having continuous problems) she had the phone and Robin was NOT helpful AT ALL. He sat there and watched a basketball game, eating food, not one other customer in the store and told my mom that she needed to turn off her phone once a week to fix the problems!!! Why in the heck is she having to do this when She never Had to With her Other phone?!?!? If he would of actually quit watching the basketball game and looked at her phone, he possibly and that is Possibly might have figured out it was not completely set up! DON’T Waste your time - go to a corporate store!!!!!!!

My wife came in asking for 3 cheapest Samsung phones to purchase in full upfront instead of over 3 years. They told her they don't allow the policy at this store. Which is a lie, to sell a contract.
