I am closing my investment accounts with chase because I went in there today to try to switch over to banking with chase. I was planning to leave my old bank because there aren't many of them and it's inconvenient to actually go to the branch. I have about $250k in investment with chase so i thought I would switch to banking there. The girl who worked there was so rude and so ridiculous that im closing my investments there now. She was a straight b***** Get better employees chase.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Actully I had some kind of a hold on my account and was not able to transfer my money or withdraw it. Alien went above and beyond to get my issue solved. He called me every other day to give me updates and was super professional and super kind. I could say he was more worried about my issue than me. I can't thank you enough Allan. You are the best.

Totally unable to get a live body because I don't have a current account. I have had one in the past. When I call on the phone, there is no direction to a person unless I have an account. I want to open an account, but I have to drive there to speak to a live body. Obviously they are not interested in new customers. After reading the reviews, I find that service at the Anthem branch doesn't seem to please much of anyone. I'll drive the extra miles and go with Bank of America. Reverting to the language of the younger set, "Chase Sucks." Bonnie McAnerny 623-551-8689 Feel free to call if you're a Chase employee and can explain your rudeness.

I have tried and tried and tried to call my branch and all I get is a recording saying to call back and when I called back I got told to call back again.. A nonsensible way to conduct business.

I went in to deposit money, United States currency. I had a bag of coins. Mind you, in the middle of an alleged national coin shortage. I wanted deposit said coins, at my bank! And they refused? How on earth does that make sense? National coin shortage, I have hundreds of dollars in coins, I decided to help out and deposit my coins, and my bank says no? Something doesn't add up. Time to find a new bank...one that will actually let me deposit my money into my bank account.

I’ve never seen a Chase branch so bare bones. We couldn’t even get a notary on a Friday afternoon. Worst branch we’ve dealt with.

I have to give a shout out to Allen Camp, he has been absolutely wonderful in helping my friend Mark and I with our banking endeavors. He has assisted and suggested absolutely amazing and profitable solutions to some of our banking needs. Alan has been there when we thought we had no other solutions. His attitude and disposition make you feel comfortable and he puts your mind at ease. Thank you Alan for everything you do!

Customer service of certain tellers at this branch in Anthem is horrible!! I prefer to drive down to the Tramonto Branch on North Valley Parkway (which is out of my way), as the employees at the Tramonto branch have always treated me respectfully, gone above and beyond, and seem to appreciate the business!
