I found this store on google and this is my first time visiting this store to repair my watch. The service was fantastic and super quick! The store owner is absolutely amazing and nice! Highly recommended!

I came in because I wanted to get my wedding ring resized. He took out the ring sizers and told me it needed to go down 1 1/2 sizes, which felt super tight. I told him I was more comfortable with going down one size in case I gained weight back, his reply: "are you planning on gaining weight?" which was very very embarrassing and rude. It was so off putting, he has no idea of my medical situation and why I lost weight, even so, who says that?Additionally, he refused to work on my ring, even after going through that entire process because it had some inset diamonds in the band and the diamonds would fall out.If that's the case, then why go through the entire process to figure out my correct size?I consulted 2 other jewelers who said the ring could absolutely be resized with no problem.In summary:1: he's rude and condescending.2: he either gave out incorrect information, or lied to me as to why he didn't want to resize my ring, or both. In either case, it makes for a very bad experience.Go somewhere else.

I went to get my ring tightened. I’ve never had a ring tightened so I didn’t know they had to keep it for a few days. When he told me he was going to keep it I instinctively reached for it and said never mind. I’ve not been without my ring for more than a day in 10 years. It just caught me off guard. He got very offended. Explained the process to me, told me all diamonds have serial numbers and that nothing would happen to it. That made me feel better so I said okay. He then proceeded to refuse the service to me. Told me that “this is a family business and I will not work with you”. Which was so bizarre. I willNot go back here to get anything done.

I truly believe this is the best jeweler in town. Mike is an honest, high class guy who makes sure you’re taken care of. More than reasonable prices and the best of service you could ask for. This will be my family jeweler for life!

I have been buying jewelry here for years. I went in to get several rings cleaned and checked, to discuss an upgrade purchase of a necklace and new diamond ring. I didn’t even get past the ring cleaning discussion with the owner before I was shut down. He told me it’s too many and didn’t want to do the cleaning. I was more than willing to pay for the service. Sadly snubbed and he lost two sales. So disappointed and literally cannot understand why someone would be in the jewelry business if they don’t want to service their customers! NEVER GOING BACK! I recommend others seek a jeweler that values their clients.

I'm 38 years old and I have lost faith in humanity. I don't trust people in public or driving. There's someone everyday that just proves to me that people are just out for themselves... Then there's Braidy. Even though I struggle with believing in others I gave Braidy the truth about my situation and my soon-to-be fiancee, he could have played me and ripped me off. No, in fact he went far above and far beyond than just a business transaction. He listened, he remembered and more than anything he cared about me. Braidy, thank you and I hope this reaches people so they can experience the same thing. This jeweler is amazing. You will not regret coming here.

I can't say enough good things about this jeweler! I have a sterling silver necklace that is very near and dear to me because it's a memorial necklace for my dog who passed away when she was 18 years old. I took it to the original place that I had gotten it and they told me it was a three-month turnaround time and I didn't want to be without it because it has so much sentimental meaning. My boyfriend called these guys, and they said they would take a look and it literally took them all of a couple minutes to fix my necklace because the clasp had broken. I'm very grateful to them and any jewelry needs I have in the future, I know exactly where I'm going to go. Thank you guys so much for making my birthday weekend awesome and fixing the most important jewelry i own! I literally wear this necklace every day!

A few weeks ago, I came in with a friend looking to have a ring resized larger and for her to get an idea of what her finger size was. The entire time we were there, we felt like we were bothering them, it was uncomfortable. When the woman at the front asked the (I'm assuming the owner?) about resizing the ring, I was told it wasn't possible because it was silver and the heat of resizing would damage the stones. He then shrugged and told me to wear it on another finger. (Seeing as it was so small, was I supposed to wear it on a pinky?). His entire vibe was uncaring and cold. I was surprised at being treated so poorly.I ended up doing a quick Google search to find it's entirely possible to resize the ring and brought it to Treasures Jewelry on 67th and 101. They had no qualms about resizing it and when I picked it up, it looked even better than when I gave it to them.I feel like the owner of Braidy just didn't want to do the work. In which case, why lie? If you're looking for a great experience with a local store, look somewhere other than Braidy Jewelers. There are a number of other reviews discussing how poorly he treats people.

My fiance Heather and I had not had the best of luck with other jewelers so we decided to try out Braidy’s as it was close to our house. Hands down the best experience we have both ever had! Micheal and Heather were so patient and understanding with our credit situation and we never felt pressured at any point. This will absolutely be the only jewelers we visit going forward. Thanks again for your help and for making this wedding extra special!
