Wanted to cash a cheque written on a BofA account but, since I’m not a BofA customer, they want to charge an $8 fee … ridiculous!

Had a wonderful experience, the new branch manager Nataly seemed like she knew what she was doing. Even though they only had three people there she was still being helpful with everyone that was walking in. Beautiful smile. I hope they open back up soon
