One of the best ACE Hardware's I've ever seen. The only thing you gotta watch out for that most won't tell you is that if you buy something at one, you can't return at another. So I've been stuck with a $70 item I can't use because I was told while traveling I had 30 days to return. Nope.

We live near the Anthem Ace but they never seem to have a extensive stock especially in the garden department. They don't carry growbags or specialty soils like from Fox Farm. You can always count on Kirstens ace hardware on 32nd but to much of a drive for me. I also noticed a recent review regarding soils at this anthem ace. Come on Ace...beef up your stock so its more convenient for locals

Would be nice if this Ace Hardware which is local had the stock that Karstens Ace Hardware on 32nd has such as Soils like Happy Frog, Ocean Forest and other specialty items etc...it seems every time I check stock Karsten on 32nd and in Scottsdale has it in stock which is a drive from Anthem area.

Closed early. time was 4 minutes before closing, doors locked and would not open . manager said closed come back. More expensive than home depot but sometimes more convenient, but not in this case!

You are valuable not only as a customer but as a person. Everyone in the store will go out of their way to help you. You will never find this level of customer service in the big stores. Ace..where you feel like family.

I have always loved ACE. I live right next to a big box hardware store, and will drive the extra miles and spend the extra money to go to ACE for both big and small purchases. Sometimes, I have experiences at ACE hardwares around the state that make me lose hope for the future of the community hardware store. Today, I had an experience with Cassandra at the Anthem ACE today that was above and beyond and reminded me why I’m willing to drive the extra mile and spend the extra money at an ACE hardware.You should be able to go into an ACE with a problem that you don’t know how to solve, and have someone at least try to help you through it. Look at the shelves and discuss solutions. Give it their best shot. That is what makes a community hardware store better than the big box store. Cassandra did exactly that today. AND she was able to solve my problem. But, even if she wasn’t able to solve it, I still would have felt the need to leave this review because of the genuine concern and effort put forward to solve my issue. Thanks, Cassandra for solving my problem and reminding me why I spend my money at ACE.

This ACE in Anthem has the BEST pet food, toys, bones, apparel etc selection and the store also has amazing novel gifts. I didn't expect this at an ACE, but it's fantastic! Check it out! Great prices too. My Victor dog food is priced reasonably.
