Rebecca Joy Wagner is an awesome realtor!! Our experience was flawless. We have bought and sold many homes and she is spot on. We arrived at the Summitt office, unannounced and without an appointment. She greeted us at the door, asked if she could be of any help. We told her we wanted to list our home and sell it fast, as we were in a situation that we needed to move quickly. She asked when we would like to get started and we said NOW. She immediately went to our house, gave us her fair market value assessment and we listed it. It was listed immediately, sold and closed escrow all within one month. She did all the hustling required for sales, escrow, inspections and negotiations. It was truly effortless on our part. She kept in contact with us and is easy to get ahold of. My spouse and I had decided we wanted a vacation home in Arizona. We found Julia Vasquez. Let me tell you, she is the BEST. We had worked with many other agents from other areas but none we trust like we trust Julia. I would recommend Julia (and her husband Felix) to anyone who needs a good and trusting realtor. Julia is sweet, kind, oh so patient, honest and very helpful. She takes care of us not as a buyer, a client but a friend. She pretty much takes us under her wings, teach us what to look for.
