If you want to be ripped off by employees that are employed by this facility, then leave your boat with them. Paid an employee to work on my stereo system, paid for the equipment, he took the money and ran. The company knew he was making deals on the side. After he was fired, for unknown reasons, the company took the stance that he did it all on his own and that they are not going to help out the 3 families that were affected by this Rouge employee. Abstract hired the man, employed him, knew he was making side deals, then said they would not help the people he stole from. They didn't even offer free storage in the amount of the damage? DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR IT'S AFFILIATES!

Robert and his staff are amazing!!! They provide excellent customer service and truly care about people and their boats. They always have our boat out for us when we've requested it. We enjoy talking with them and thanking them for taking great care of us!! I cannot say enough good things about Abstract Storage!! They are the best!!

If I could give this place a 0 and shut down immediately I would. This so-called business is the most unprofessional, most disqualified, absolute worst place to store your boat. Been parking our boat here for a little more than a year and had problems ever since. We just picked up our boat only to find scratches and literal gouges in the body of our boat. Robert is one of the most untrustworthy staff of any business and pockets peoples money for own profit. Do not park your boat here unless you want terrible things done to your boat with no ownership to any problem at hand AND they also will probably take your boat out for a test ride once you drop it off till the next trip. Scum people and scum business.

THE BEST storage place I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I’ve been using Abstract off and on over the past few years to store my boat, and I can honestly say they make our river trips so much easier and enjoyable knowing the boat is ready for us each trip and safe while we are away. They really go above and beyond to accommodate all their customers.

Great owner/manager - cares for our boat and trailer protection and security, always has us ready to go when agreed upon and makes returning to storage so effortless and easy. Nice office and on site amenities including public restroom. Gerald treats us well!
