I kept getting told to use the mobile deposit that my check shouldn’t take long to be in my account as I wanted it right away. I finally gave in and tried it now it’s taking till Monday. I have a baby shower and bills to pay so my advice to anyone is DO NOT USE THE MOBILE DEPOSIT!! So now it’s cool I’m screwed all weekend and can’t get my sister a gift ?? if this wasn’t the only bank in town I would go elsewhere.

Absolute garbage bank. Did they have a meeting and decide on the worst hours for there customers? 10AM-4PM, Really? It's time to change your bank, when they have zero consideration for people that pay the banks bills. GOOD BYE!

I made an appointment to do a name change and when I sat down the lady asked, "if I had ever banked with WF, before?" Um, yeah, like 15 years, had a mortgage through them, and I made the appointment through my WF account. I told her I just needed to do a name change per my appointment request, and she proceeded to tell me I needed an original marriage certificate. I offered a Driver's License showing the name change, a Social Security card, and a scanned copy of my marriage certificate and she said, "sorry, I can make another appointment next week for you." So nothing is changed, the lady was NOT helpful at all and I am ready to move all my money from this place. My husband could have brought the original if she would have been flexible with waiting 15 minutes but they should call you and tell you they need the original marriage certificate if that is necessary. I am really upset!

I just started an account at this branch. I haven’t received my card just yet in the mail, so I’ve went inside branch a couple of times for assistance. I was helped both times by your employee Tieyerra and she is wonderful. She took care of my banking needs as well as brought cheer to the people in front of me in line, then myself when she assisted me. She’s most definitely a 10 rating! I am new also to Miami running a business and will definitely pass the word about the great service provided by Tieyerra and this WF branch.

Friendly, courteous, helpful and always smiling and greeting. Wait time wasnt bad but it was busy., im patient and knew theyd help which they did and always with the greatest attitude. Love this place. Sending people theyre way. :)

Only 2 people working, during peak hours with a line that almost went out the door. All while the manager sat and watched instead of helping. Once I got to the teller to get some cash I was told that I should've used the ATM outside. Worst customer service ever.
