I absolutely love this store and the employees. After I was verbally attacked in verizon they really stepped up to not only help me get a new phone that's way better for a better price, but they cared about me as a person and helped me calm down. I will tell everyone I know who needs a new phone to come here. You guys are amazing. So amazing.

I went in for a screen protector replacement and was greeted by a young gentleman who was very nice and respectful but then he was interrupted and pushed away by another associate who was very rude and aggressive with her words towards the gentleman I was greeted by i found this situation very disrespectful and absolutely not work appropriate I will no longer conduct business with Hunter at T-Mobile in globe because of the interaction I witnessed

Everyone in There was super nice, but some of the workers didn't know what they were doing. I went in on Sunday because my galaxy flip 4 was completely black screened. They set me up for a warranty exchange. I went in today to get my new phone, and what do you know, "Oh we can't do the exchange due to the black screen" maybe take your employees through the correct protocols so they don't waste someone else's week.

The "enhancement of 5G towers" the past few months has created such poor cell reception - missed calls and dropped calls. My family is concerned because I don't answer their calls.After hours of wait time to file concerns and numerous trouble tickets, I drive to the local store only to be told that it may be a phone device issue. The store's expert care staff recommends "change from Android to Apple products". The technical support response is "they are working to resolve the issues".

I have been with T-mobile for 6 years and have been very happy with them. I have had great customer service. 2 years ago I signed up for the home internet service and was told that T-mobile would never oversell the area and I would have great service. As of 3 weeks ago I had steller service. The last 3 weeks i cant even pull up Hulu. Tonight I was told that I should have never have had the service that I was issued. That there are are customers that are closer to towers than I am. That I could be put on some kind of waiting list for the service that I was signed up for 2 years ago. That there is nothing that they could do for my poor service. I'm very sad to say that T-mobile has lost my trust and I'm going to end my partnership with them tomorrow. I don't mind paying for a service as long as I can use the service. They pretty much told me that my business doesn't count. I'm very disappointed. Verizon Here I come.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received today at T-Mobile. Javier and Elizabeth answered all of our questions and went above and beyond for my family. I live in the valley and will be coming up to Globe/Miami for all of my TMobile needs.

I switched providers after receiving no help for a tech issue. Martin, the manager was a wealth of information on service and products. He spent so much time explaining everything I needed to know about transferring and also about the new products that I purchased. I appreciated his expertise and transparency as well as his willingness to explain things on a level that left me feeling fully informed. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service from the previous phone carrier. Dustin assisted me as well and both were a delight to work with. The other staff were warm and friendly and seemed very happy working with customers. The facility was bright and cheery and clean. The whole experience made up for what I had experienced with my previous provider. I highly recommend this establishment!

Our phones and Roosevelt Arizona don't work because T-Mobile says that the towers down what's been down for over 3 years fix it. ????? I have tried to email you for the last two days now My phone won't deliver it
