I love talking to Anna the banker, the tellers however look like they got no personality or they look really depressed working there, Recently i was there and they said they couldn't verify my signature even tho i been here like twenty plus times for deposits and such and it irritated me. But nothing personal against the manager running it she is actually teriffic! (Anna).

Should it really take three days to add a signatory to a savings account? Day One: The only person who is capable of doing this is at lunch. No schedule for lunchtime on the following day. Day Two: A half hour wait for the person helping the previous client, then, more than a half hour attempt (unsuccessful) to input data to accomplish said task. They'll call when they figure it out. Day Three: ???
