Stopped by for a look at new shoes. We found a great deal on a hoodie jacket and a pair of shoes. Great prices on both. Del and Janet ( hope I got this correct) were extremely helpful. It was great going I to a store and finding exactly what we needed.

Love shopping at WSS in Mesa! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. The store is spotless, well-organized, and easy to navigate. They carry a solid variety of styles, and the deals are easy to spot. Bonus points for having clean public restrooms—always a win!

Wanting to express my upmost disappointment for this location me and my family have shopped at this location plenty of times and have earned a great deal of points being a single mom with kids and disabled those points. Add up, however have never ever been treated the way I was today cashier by the name of Oscar Was very unprofessional, rude and very disappointing as I approach to purchase my items. He then kept asking if I wanted a bag I let him know. I need to know how many points I had prior to purchasing the shoes to see if I can afford it. However, he was consistent in asking about the bag, totally ignoring my question, proceeded to curse in front of me, my granddaughter , and never answered how many points I received he just went ahead and deducted it from the price of the shoes. If you ask me, definitely looking to a higher title to handle this situation. The conversation was recorded on video and I hope something is done about the situation, he did contact a manager by the name of Tamika I wanna say and as we were leaving the store, he proceeded to tell her wait till they leave so I could give you the truth on the story very rude and unprofessional and I hope that we see some kind of correction in the situation. Please be aware of the customer service at this location. It’s not worth it. He absolutely ruined it for us!

My experience today at 3:20 p.m. on August 8th 2025 was disgustingly horrible!! I asked the cashier which his name was Anthony about a pair of shoes and he looked at me and discussed and rolled his eyes and said I don't know he was too busy with his earphones in his ears and being on his phone to provide any customer service so disappointing I really love coming to WSS and I spend a lot of money at WSS and was treated with disgust. Then I asked him about another pair of shoes if the top of the shoe was leather and he asked me to look myself inside the shoe. I was horrified at the answer he gave me. His phone and his ear pods were more important to him than the customer that was trying to buy two pairs of shoes that cost over $250. No help from him!!! I love WSS I love the shoes and the prices but because of him I will not be going back.

Very disrespectful employees the big African American male name dez has tattoos tall super disrespectful asked him a question about some shirts acted like he didn’t hear me when I was right in front of him told him you hear me said” I’m listening “while avoiding helping me and then started getting aggressive towards me ,don’t recommend shopping here unbelievable how they treat customers

I had an amazing experience here at this location. Staff is super friendly. They went above and beyond for me. They actually helped me find the perfect gym shoe ! I felt like I was shopping with friends! Thank you all again!!!!!

My friend just left there so upset. She said she asked a young lady if she spoke Spanish. The lady continued to ignore her after the 4th or 5th time my friend just went to another employee. Then the first employee asked her in Spanish what she wanted. My friend said nothing from you, and she was told to shut up by this employee! She was very rude and I am under the impression she is a manager.. I don't know but very rude

I went to this location this morning at 10am and was disappointed at the lack of empathy for customers. My 2 year old needed to use the bathroom as we are training him and the employee brushed me off and said the restrooms are closed. There was no sign on the bathroom stating they were out of service or being cleaned. The female employee with the blue shirt was not at all friendly! I was greeted when I walked in by a regular employee at the front wearing a black shirt hence the reason for justifying the one star. I shop at WSS frequently and this location seems to have the worst customer service.

Great deals and prices. I am always able to find my kids shoes here for back to school and throughout the year. They have a wide selection and their clearance area ALWAYS has amazing deals you won't find anywhere else.
