Be well informed. If you intend to stay here or any WoodSpring Suites under Priceline, understand that you must obligate your full stay after you’ve paid. I booked a reservation for March 7th - 11th to attend a wedding. After the first night, I checked out before 11AM and asked to leave early because the bed was very uncomfortable and creaky. The reservation was cancelled, but I never received my money back for the remaining nights. As it turns out, all money paid towards the reservation is non-refundable and will not be partially issued back to you regardless if you choose to check out early or not. Admittedly, I must have missed that detail when signing the terms and conditions because the wife and I were very tired after our first day in Arizona along with waiting an additional hour for our room to be ready during 3PM check in. Terrible business model and I will not be staying here again.Rooms: The beds are very uncomfortable and noisy. Also they’re all standard for every room, so do not stay here if comfort is an important aspect for you.Nearby activities: The location of the hotel is not ideal for any nearby food to eat. My wife and I had to drive about 2-5 miles before we started hitting nearby restaurants in the area that wasn’t only fast food.Noteworthy details: They have a small kitchen and full-sized refrigerator in the room which is very nice. However, they do not provide any basic cooking ware or silverware whatsoever. Defeating the purpose of having the kitchen when most people aren’t going to be bringing kitchen supplies with them on their travels.

These are NOT 250.00 a night rooms. This is a weekly hotel comparable to a extended stay or budget suites 80-120.00 per night max because of 1 thing and 1 thing only. The beds.Mattresses are terribly thin with no box spring. Metal frame beds like in a jail or homeless shelter. I'm telling you they are horrible, I'm adding a picture.

I recently stayed at the Wood Spring Suites in Mesa, Arizona, and I must say I was quite disappointed with my experience. Despite being newly built, my room was far from clean and modern. Upon entering, I noticed dirty footprints on the floor, garbage under the bed, and even hair on the bathroom countertops. When I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk, I was told there were no other rooms available and was offered a mere $30 discount. To add insult to injury, when I returned home, I discovered that instead of refunding me the $30, I was actually charged an additional $30. This lack of cleanliness and poor customer service left me unimpressed, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

In order to claim to be accommodating as a suite hotel they should have the kitchen stocked with the necessary equipment to use the kitchen, like a coffee pot, with coffee, eating utensils, pans or pots with which cook with. Kitchen is not much use when there is nothing to use. The blinds on the window had the valance laying on the top of the blinds, and the blinds had no way to lower to cover the bottom portion of the window. No hand towels, tissue box ran out. Pillows were flat. And who designs a cold lamenant floor around a bed when you have to get up in the middle of the night with bare feet. No coffee avaliable in the lobby as advertised, and no place to sit and congregate outside your room. Definitely not accommodating.

Unfortunately chose to stay here while on my way to Sedona. There was a storm so all roads to northern AZ were suddenly closed. My room had blood on the ceilings, there were multiple people on drugs scattered throughout the property, very young looking people in the stairwell shaking and on drugs, and dog feces everywhere outside. It was an actual real life nightmare and very sad to be amongst such suffering people. I requested to check out and get refunded but was unable to find a hotel with vacancy due to the golf tournament in the area. The employee working was kind and moved me to another room at least and offered a partial refund. I barely slept throughout the night as there were loud sounds all throughout the night. Upon check out, there was a man drinking a beer, with drugs in his hand sitting in the lobby in plain site of employees.. Needless to say-Worst hotel experience ever.

Save yourself some money and go to a motel 6, you'll get a better room for the money.. When I came in, I asked for the cheapest, most basic room they had. I got put up in $147 a night room, and this place was not packed on a Sunday night. It had paper thin walls, no coffee, heard people scratching and moving around all night through the walls under me and in the halls. That made for worst night's sleep. There are only two flat so-called pillows on the bed. The the room layout itself probably would have been nice if they had normal Hotel soundproofing, the kitchenette would have been nice but there was no coffee maker, and no water in the room there was a tiny soap amd a tiny shampoo, no lotion or conditioner. I've stayed in hotels in Mexico and the hood that did better than this place. This is the kind of stuff you expect from a roadside bedbug breeding ground traveling across the south in the middle of nowhere.

I honestly don't write to many reviews because I know the impact it could have on a business but Ronald Byland is by far the rudest, most disrespectful manager I have ever come across. I him that I was over charged for months since I was paying weekly but was charged like if I was paying daily. He really didn't do much about it and when I asked for a name and number for someone else I could talk to he literally laughed at me and said I'm it. So I would really like to someone about my issue. Word of mouth goes far, and I will start using mine.

We had a great room with a great view. If the place isn't brand -new, it sure looks and feels that way! Very nice. Loved the cherry wood finish on all the woodwork throughout the room. We had a room with a kitchenette on the 3rd floor, very near the elevator.Rooms: The rooms were very nice! Like brand-new, with great cherry wood headboards and cabinetry to accent the room. Very spacious with a great view, comfortable beds, kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator.Nearby activities: Golfland/Sun splash is very close for the kids.Walkability: Even though the Suites have great freeway access, they are also on the Mesa Dr busline, with bus stops very close to the hotel.

Me and my family lived there for 8 months and stared out at $87 a night. During that time the rate dropped to $65. New management came in and put us out because our rate had gotten too low. My kids were going to school from the hotel and my girl was working down the street. We had to find somewhere else to stay within 24 hours. They gave us no warning no advance notice just said we rented your room to someone else and you guys have to leave. So how could you put new people in a room that’s been occupied for 8 months by a family of four? You can’t it was all lies and they raised the rates on the rooms the very next night. Manager said the hotel was booked but we looked on the website and they had plenty of room just at a higher rate so we were put out on the streets so the hotel could make more money off our room and that’s fine I understand business but we were never offered the new rate or giving a warning just thrown out! I’d give you a ZERO if I could. We moved here from Tennessee so the days that followed were very stressful and rough..

Isabelle went anbo and beyond for myself my wife and our two-year-old son. She not only found us a room, but she found us a better room for our situation. She actually went and cleaned it herself because they were shortstaffed in the housekeeping department. She is definitely a key employee to keeping this place running. The rooms are very nice clean lots of storage good heater, air conditioner, hot water, Full size refrigerator microwave and stove. Great place highly recommended. Thank you so much once again, Isabelle you really helped us out more than you will know.

The worst part about everything is I was really looking forward to my first time in Arizona but then...The maid robbed my room.Terrible service, was racially profiled from the beginning. Was given the keys to someone's room upon check-in. Returned to the front desk voiced the fact that I was given access to an active stay and Alex started questioning me like I caused the mix up. Was given keys to a vacant room. Next morning, left for business and upon returning later that evening, my room has been cleaned and all my items removed. I had a 2 day stay. It was only day 1 of 2. No one had an answer as to where my belongings were nor why they were moved. My room was 408. Alex told me I was listed in the system as room 431. Alex is also the person who checked me in. He told me he called the manager and the manager supposedly called the maid. There was never any findings of it. I was pleaded not to make a police report. Oh yes the hell I did... immediately! The officers came, took a statement, did a little investigating. They were able to recover a couple items; about 50% of the missing items, were throw out to the dumpster, but not all. Worst of it all, I had went shopping prior to check-in. She certainly kept the things that were unable to be recovered. They were brand new with the tags.Alex guaranteed me the fees for my stay would be returned to me. But they weren't. The morning manager Ronald, grumpy, told me that's not possible. He refused to give me a corporate phone number. He claimed to have filed an insurance claim but refused to give me the name of the company, the claim number or any way to verify the fact that he actually did file the claim as he stated he did. He also proceeded to inform me that his maids don't steal. The night of the incident, the current guests and long term stay guests beginning to tell me all the things they witnessed and that have happened to them, here at this establishment.Noteworthy details: They are crooks!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in my stay. There was no blow dryer in room, the phone didn't work, the pillows were the thinnest I've seen, there were no hand towels, there was only a very tiny bottle of shampoo - no conditioner or lotion, there was no cream/sugar for the coffee in the lobby and there was no housekeeping. On the positive side, the staff was very professional and friendly. I would not return again.Nearby activities: Close to shops and restaurants.

Rooms: Clean rooms, no bugs, allowed dogs, and have a kitchenette with refrigerator can’t beat it.Nearby activities: Good bars, restaurants, pool halls, clothing & grocery stores and other attractions within 10 minsSafety: You can’t access the hotel with out a key card even through the front door. Fire alarms and fire safety doors for the elevators. With stairwells at either end of the hall way.
