I worked with Drew to close and reopen some accounts but had very limited time. Drew was exceptional and professional! He respected my time limits and did his best making sure we got everything done in a short amount of time. Despite my time restraints, he was though and detailed in answering my questions and ensuring everything was done correctly. Highly recommend this location!

I CALLED THE BRANCH TO TELL THAT I WAS MISSING CHANGE AND THE GIRL THE ANSWERED WAS SUPER RUDE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Not a single person in the lobby. I had 3 deposits from my business account. The merchant room was beyond full. The employee with his hands in his pockets said they couldn’t help me. I don’t blame wells fargo policies or wells fargo employees i blam the people who is keeping them in business by banking with them for anyone seeing this comment and have a common sense intelligence stop banking with them take your money to a credit union banks, and for me i’ll make sure none of my family members will bank with you.

Slowest employees ever. Understaffed with employees that have no wok ethic. If your trying to run a business wells Fargo won't be considerate of your time. 2 tellers would be nice seeing as Rhondas attitude sux, rightly so as she has to deal with customers who are upset with waiting an hour for change.

12/27/23, I need to fill papers from my apartments. The person on charge was very rude. She made me wait outside while she went back inside to fill them out because I couldn’t be there. She wanted to add extra information on the paper when only certain information was needed. I asked her to not add it because it was not needed but she said no and was going to add it without my constent. I had to go to a different Wells Fargo where the employee had to write a note for our apartment to make sure that our papers would be correct. This isn’t my first time filling these papers out and there was never any issues. This was my first time having issues and I hope it doesn’t happen again.

Only location open on a Saturday till 1. Lobby was packed but I stayed because I needed a last minute cashiers check. I didn’t mind waiting and it was about a 45 minute wait. I get up to the line and the teller was somewhat rude but I brushed it off. I had exactly the amount of money in my account for the cashiers check. I had JUST went to another branch on the 15th on Alma School and Chandler Blvd. and I got a cashiers check for a higher amount and I did not pay a $10 fee. I have even my account statements to back this up. I call my partner for the extra $10 and while I’m moving my money around THE MANAGER WHO WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I COULD COME IN CONTACT WITH told me to move over because other people needed to be seen and I needed to be more prepared. I told her I was prepared I was just at another location and didn’t know I needed to pay a fee. She the proceeds to tell me well you need more money. So at that point I’m beyond livid. I waited 45 mins in line even past closing for you to treat me with disrespect and then when I react with a drop of frustration she tells me come back Monday. Well I said F that and see me because that’s unfair. So she looks at my account and I tell her the money is in there for the amount of the check plus the fee she says I see that fill this out and throws a form at me. Then she goes to another window and starts being rude to another guy who didn’t have two forms of ID. I get it nobody wants to stay past close but have some customer service. We all have a part of our jobs we don’t like. If I didn’t know any better I would’ve said she didn’t like POC. Other tellers were nice and I appreciate them but the manager was so rude I can’t even give the extra star.

Today I went in to deposit some cash for my business account. I went into the merchant room but there were 7 other people in there and I didn't have time to wait for 1 teller to take care of everyone, so I walked into the main bank. Once I was next, Kimberley the woman who helped me told me next time I need to go into the merchant room. I explained there was a full line in there, and she annoyingly expressed that I am suppose to only go into the merchant room and that by using the main bank I make it harder for normal people to get their transactions. This took her 5 minutes to deposit my money by the way. I've Never dealt with this at any other Wells Fargo and frankly I would rather drive to another one even though this one is walking distance for me.

Terrible decision on Wells Fargo's part to only have ONE branch open on a Saturday in the Mesa/Apache Junction area. Serious disservice to your customer base. Do better.

Don't stamp checks until you are fully able to process them. I never had an issue after many years cashing checks weekly. Today you state you couldn't cash a check and it was for deposit only based off the company who issued the checks. Then you proceed to stamp on it "cancelation of branding" which wouldn't allow me to cash it elsewhere. Then you state you can call your technical department but it will be a 2hr wait. Extremely poor customer service and disregard for your customers time.Also felt like the teller was new and didn't know what he was doing. Maybe proof his work before sending a long time customer away.

This bank has the best employees - especially the manager (Wendy) and small business banker (Lidia). 10/10 recommend them for your small business needs.
