Complete morons work here. We're unable to tell you what is your credit card balance. Now does this make sense? Not to me it doesn't. It's probably why Wellsfargo finds themselves closing branches all over the place. No one wants to deal with them.

my husband and i went in to make a joint account with them and they couldn't even set up my account. Then we got an email 2 hours later stating they're closing our accounts down because they can like what???? i used to bank with them from 2012 to 2019 i think. wanted to go back but it was a f u to the face i guess.

It seems to be the perfect time to only allow Drive-thru banking, yet this branch is behind the times with its drive-thru closed. Why have that as a part of your building if you are not going to use it? Who wants to go into the bank?
