When I started their service in the end of May I explicitly asked the employee there if my card will be auto charged and renewed. And they explicitly told me that no it will not be auto charged I would have to manually pay for a month by month membership, if I did not pay my membership will automatically end. I took his word for it and did not pay attention to my credit card. Today the end of July I found that my card was in fact charged twice. I did not use their service because I thought the service was canceled after a month which is the end of June. Nope. They automatically charged me without my consent and they straight lied to me about auto renewing. I will be contacting my credit card company for a fraudulent usage and this company is forever blacklisted personally. Dishonest and greedy. No thank you

This has been my favorite car wash for a long time. Not pushy about "want a membership", allows me to dry and do final detail work to my satisfaction, the equipment is modern and not worn out, and it has been among the most affordable around...until today. Went through a week ago and things the mid-range wash was the $15 it had been for as long as I can remember. Today I went through and new signage displaying all "Mother's" detail and wash products were everywhere, including the pay kiosk...and what a shock, with the new signage came a new pricing structure...now $18 for the same was as before and to add a second wash is now $7, when it had been $5. Essentially, I was able to wash and clean both my vehicles for $20 a week ago, and it is now $25 for the same service. A 25% jump in pricing for new signage sucks. I see zero other changes or improvements, and I would say if it is to cover the cost of "new" Mother's products (which I would doubt), it is not worth the change. Disappointed by another business that was on point uping their cost without a real change in what we see as consumers. I would give a 5 star otherwise, but paying more for the same I've always gotten is equal to asking me to self check my groceries with out a discount, check myself out at a restaurant and expect a tip, etc. For something that is essentially self-serve, with a minimal human presence other than to make sure the equipment doesn't malfunction and maintain the location cleanly, it is a disappointing shift.

The best, they don't scratch your rims

Update: They start by not entertaining the idea that they scratched the car. Do a police report because theyll pretent it never happened, see you guys soon. The $12 carwash ruined my paint job. scratched the hood, roof, trunk and possible side panels. ridiculous amount of scratches on the hood and they're going to "investigate" with cameras. I'll update after I speak to a real manager.

This was the worst experience at a car wash not only did I pay for the service my rear windshield wiper got broken, but the attendant basically shrugged it off like this happens, like if my concern was not valid giving that this happens and usually no one comes back then hearing the year of my car oh wear and tear might have done it.. This attendant could have said from the beginning we don’t do anything about broken parts that happens in the automatic wash but not only did I waste my money because the car wasn’t even cleaned right it also broke my wiper. So per attendant if the vehicle is over 5 years they do nothing if it gets broken. So if your vehicle is older don’t go here. Also waiting to get helped if you ring the bell at the desk or say hello even if they hear you they will take time and have you wait. There was more than 4 attendant that I saw at this location. Don’t waste your time and money at this place it’s not worth it. Proof is in the pictures after the clean. There is other places where you don’t have to pay extra to get towels to clean your car also. Also manager Dustin might be a good idea to have it in writing that if damages occur the business will not take responsibility for it.

Daughter just got home from NAU and hasn’t had her car washed in 4 months ?. Took her car to Wash Werks and elected for the Ceramic Wash and I can not tell you how happy I am with the results!! It is really like a brand new car and I appreciate the high quality Mother’s Brand they use. Bought some Mother’s interior cleaning product from Tim the manager and he told me that Wash Werks is formulating their own high quality ceramic products with Mother’s brand and I do have to say it shows!!

This is my favorite car wash in the valley. I drive from the Phoenix area to wash my car and get my washes done whenever I am in the area because the services always meet my satisfaction. My car was super dusty today and the employees came out to check on my car's wash. I was able to speak with the owner of the business, David, and he is a very kind person. I'm glad I support a business that cares about what they do, especially getting to understand how long its taken to get to where they are now. Thank you!

I recently visited WashWerksExpress in Mesa for a car wash, and it was an experience I regret. The state of their equipment was inexcusable; which made me question their commitment to maintaining cleanliness, let alone the safety of customers' vehicles.
While my vehicle was undergoing the cleaning procedure, I heard a distinct noise resembling the impact of a solid object against the windshield. It was evident that the damage occurred during the wash, yet when I raised the issue with their manager, they showed complete disregard, denying any responsibility and refusing to offer any form of compensation or resolution, except paying me back $15 for the wash.
Their dismissive attitude and lack of empathy towards my situation only added insult to injury. It's clear that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, as they showed no willingness to address the damage they caused. Overall, my experience with WashWerksExpress was nothing short of disappointing and infuriating. I strongly advise against using their services unless you're prepared to risk damage to your vehicle.
Their refusal to take responsibility for repairs was unacceptable. As a customer, my expectation was simple: to have my car washed and returned in the same condition, if not better. However, WashWerksExpress failed to meet even this basic standard.
Their negligence in maintaining their equipment was evident, with rocks and debris in the brushes. This lack of care not only resulted in a crack on my windshield but also shattered my trust in their ability to provide a safe and satisfactory service.
Once again, I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to WashWerksExpress. I entered their premises with the anticipation of leaving with a clean car, not one that has incurred unforeseen harm. It is disheartening to experience such an incident and to find that there seems to be no acknowledgment of responsibility.
Their inability to uphold even the most fundamental standards of service and their refusal to rectify damages caused during their operations make them unworthy of patronage. Save yourself the hassle and potential headaches by seeking out a more reliable car wash service elsewhere.

Was told by an employee (Zach I believe) that they can't wash Jeeps. Weird, I've been washing it there for the past year and a half about twice a month. I even had the owner come up to me once and compliment my Jeep while I was vacuuming it. He showed me a picture of his Jeep. They lost my business. I won't do the math by I have 3 vehicles I wash twice a month so it will add up to a big loss over time.

Carwash sucks. Paid for the $12 wash and my truck still has a ton of bugs stuck to the front grill and missed some spots along the sides. At least Cobblestone provides free microfiber clothes to wipe everything off that was missed.
