Just stopped in for a couple items. Needed to be quick. Staff was helpful to show me where my items were located. Self-checkout was also expedient.

Today went to Walmart on Signal Butte. Horrible experience. Went to get a replacement truck battery, The guy was in training at the auto desk didn't have a clue what he was doing. He promised a battery he sold from 2019 would work. Took my own battery out at the store due to lack of help and obviously lack of the clerks knowledge. Put the 2019 battery in and it had to cell life left. How in God's name did can this store function. Now I'm driving to Superstition Mall walmart to get a 2024 battery cross your fingers that this one works this is the 5 or 6 bad experience I have encountered at Signal Butte Walmart which is the closest to my home. No manager would even come to the desk as the clerk call several times. They need to fire all the lazy managers at this store and lazy personnel they have there is well. You can neverrrrrrr get help , in cosmetics they lock up certain item so you at their mercy to track down anyone, their customer service is a big 0. They have to care for the customers, their attitudes are unspeakable horrible. How can they even function as a store ?? This place needs a good sweep of all the lazy uneducated employees. FIRE YOUR STORE Manager would be an excellent start and pay your employees a higher wage and then maybe they would care about the service they provide. Im calling corporate tomorrow and hopefully get the Store Manager FIRED.

Last two visits I've had at Signal Butte Walmart was staff making rude insulting comments to me. I did not respond. I ignored these comments.
I did not initiate nor have any interaction with the staff or any other staff in my last several visits to any Walmart in AZ.
I do however record video and record audio when I'm in Walmart and out and about in general. If this continues I will consult with legal counsel for litigation against both Walmart and the specific staff members involved.
WAL-MART and WAL-MART STAFF are advised to be careful what you say because you may be answering for it in a court of law and then cutting checks. To the staff members taking part remember the least you'll lose is your jobs and possibly future employment elsewhere.
In short watch your mouths as litigation is not something In interested in but I will not be bullied, harassed, intimidated, by juvenile minded staff members that treat work like they are at home or otherwise not at work. My count so far is 4 staff members involved but I suspect that there is a higher level source involved that disseminated personal information.
FYI in my personal time I work with stray feral wild animals at my own personal expense. This happens daily 7/365 regardless of weather or my personal health or daily schedule. Walmart has its uses to me and the numerous animals I care for or I wouldn't come in. My work time I deal with far more than a Walmart worker does.
To the manager: If you care to look up my WAL-MART account you might notice a drop off in my visits and purchases at Wal-mart. That is because of issues with your staff as well as staff thinking that the customers are to get out of their way. This is a public retail outlet not a warehouse, not their hangout, nor their home. Wal-mart staff don't seem to understand that the customer is primary not the employee and this has been an ongoing issue. The paying customer does not answer to the retailer nor their staff. The staff is their to serve/assist the customer. That seems to have been forgotten and not only at this store. So I have been shopping more at one of Wal-mart's competitors and it's going very well without being singled out, harassed, bullied, intimidated by employees.
(My tolerance is because these are so far young people running their mouths unaware that doing so could get very expensive for them. I come in for food primarily for animals that have nothing so think about that when you are commenting to me. Bread carrots, dog food, cat food, all goes to homeless animals that have nothing except what I supply and y'all are running your mouths at me.)
If this post hasn't moved anyone to alter their behavior just remember: I record too and litigation is an option I'll consider should this continue.

Typical Walmart. 1 lane open with clerk at register. All others registers are self check out registers. We have to do their work, and then they stop you at the exit to check your receipt.
