Today my boyfriend and I were shopping and we had a Caucasian dude followed us in what looked like he was taking a pic or video . As we checked out no one said hi or good afternoon but some worker came up behind my boyfriend who is "Blk" and grabbed a plastic bag he put down. It was very rude and felt unwelcome like they don't like "blk" men secretly. We are confused because this just happened to me this passed Friday. Some Asian worker there came up behind me and was 2 " from me stood up behind me looking at my transaction and my boyfriend was behind him. I was so afraid I didn't turn around but I was then calm when I saw my boyfriend behind him. It seems like they treat us as if we are stealing something. We've been shopping here for a year not sure what the real issue is but we had enough. Not going silent anymore.

Was denied to cash out a cashier check I had made out to myself since I no longer needed to make a payment. All because my signature looked “different” FROM 7 years ago was told to get a new license which is disgusting they don’t expire til I’m 65. went to western union and they were happy to take out 80 dollars and said the signature looked identical and processed it immediately. Absolute garbage customer service with 3 WORKERS . Helping for 1 money order. Walmart is happy to take money but never give it back.

Seems newer, out of the way( hidden) a little bit; so not busy? Bigger than average " market" store, size of older , smaller regular Walmart.

Great for a quick stop. The employees are generally really nice but one time I asked someone where the wine was and he said "on the alcohol aisle" like oooh wow thanks for the help bro. Luckily the store is small enough you could lap it in 7 minutes.

All the employees I've encountered here are so helpful and kind, especially the money services. They are always in a pleasant mood and just genuinely enjoyable to talk with as they help me.

I go nearly 8 miles out of my way to get my groceries here (we live less than 5 minutes from the Bass Pro Super Walmart, which is okay if you want bad customer service in a dirty store and don't mind being treated like a criminal on the way out). The Lindsey/McKellips Neighborhood Walmart has really friendly staff, fresh produce, all the food/pharmacy items my family needs. There's rarely a wait unless I go at a busy time, but even then, the wait is short. They tend to double bag my items as they agree the bags are thinner than they used to be (which is out of their control). Their store (including the bathrooms) is always clean - even with the amount of foot traffic they have on a busy day. This is the place to go if you want to be treated right and get your groceries quickly - without being treated like a criminal!
