I just went to Walmart to cash a check and the employees show they do t have any training in the money service area I believe Walmart make millions of dollars and this should be taking care is not even possible to talk to the managers cause they don't have training also will be nice if the owners pay attention to this walmart

This complaint is about pick-up. It would be nice if those that do the grocery shopping would actually pay attention to what they pick up for the customer. Now that my order was incorrect I have to go back to get the correct items!

I use home delivery and pick up and truly enjoy the service they provide. The employees at pickup are pleasant. The home delivery service has been pretty reliable, and the drivers are on time. I would recommend avoiding the hassle going into the stores and having more time for yourself..?

None of the registers are ever open and there's easily 20 people in line waiting to check out at any time of day. The staff is so rude, they don't say excuse me when they come barreling down the already busy aisles with merchandise theyre unwilling to help and are downright rude, always huddled up together standing around talking and cursing.
People here are just overall angry. The vibe is super low and negative. I only come here if I absolutely have to. Which isn't too often thank goodness.
If the management put forth more effort to the staff, instead of cackling and using profanity maybe they can open some more registers.

Never a problem always in and out with no problem.
