This is by far the best Walgreens pharmacy! They are so helpful and so nice. I have ChampVA as my supplemental insurance and they are very difficult to work with and the pharmacy made it a breeze for me. And when I needed antibiotics for my daughter the pharmacist answered all of my concerned parent questions! They’re the best!

I don't know why people have left low reviews. I have moved from Chandler to Mesa and needed to new pharmacy. The staff has been friendly and helpful every time I go. I paid out of pocket for one of my Rx and Walgreens was less than half of what Fry's was charging. 5 star all the way.

Walgreens has an app with manufacturer coupon clipping to help offset their very high prices, but neither the cashier or the manager were able to get any of them to work. They were "clipped" in myWalgreens™ with the correct account info, but simply wouldn't show in the register. As a result, my total was 70% higher than it should have been and I wasted a ton of time.

Do NOT go here. The most rude, despicable, insensitive and unprofessional group of staff ever assembled. There is a cultural bad element to these employees whom obviously mimic their poor leadership. You would be much better off going to CVS, Safeway or ANY other pharmacy. All one has to look at is their overall customer service rating of 2 (POOR) so YOU can decide for yourself if you want these rude fools involved with your or your loved ones health care.

This store is a joke. They screened my documents for priming and told me I couldn't print a contract because it's a legal for document , yet I have multiple times. You dear clerk should not be reading my docs in the first place. Perhaps they like saying no because I heard them refuse to ship a box for lack of tape also. Only one other person in that store and now I know why....service sucks!

Bad worst Walgreens ever, Do Not go here to refill prescriptions. If using Good RX will NOT honor when left prescription to fill they said they would match approximately $28 when picked up said not possible to get that cost it was $68. She said i could switch it back to CVS but that would be another 3 days or so to wait for them to take their sweet time and send back over, it already took 3 days to fill. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS WALGREENS AGAIN, NOT EVEN IF YOU PAID ME A MILLION TO DO SO, THEY ARE SO RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND THE WORST EVER!

Incompetent staff, constantly have to check to see if there are refills and when I got a different answer and questioned it Ryan the pharmacist said if I didnt like the service I should.go elsewhere. Refills not ready even after texts that they are. I do not recommend this pharmacy. I see I am not alone in this assessment.

Walgreens started very good for two months , after they asked you how are they doing with filling the prescriptions and you gave that great review , it went downhill, they offered ahead of time services for filling prescriptions, unfortunately it made it more difficult to have both prescription filled at the same time, they will call you that it's ready but you have to wait for an hour instead, or it's not available yet, it's been a headache.

I've never experienced a pharmacy bother to care on the level this one does. The Pharmacist, Ryan, called me to discuss a medication prescribed that doesn't interact well at all with my meds. He has also tracked down a location to get my meds when this location didn't have it in stock as it was new. Since, they have always keep it in stock. I am so appreciative of him, and his care and concern.

Walgreens doesn’t care if you’re in pain. Pharmacist Ryan P. at the Walgreens at 3624 power rd. doesn’t care if you’re sick.I’ve been sick for 24 years and finally got a painkiller prescription. My pharmacist doesn’t like me. He says I’ve left multiple complaints (I don’t think I have and he wouldn’t show them to me). Then, he told me that he’s decided that I’m the problem.Ever since the pandemic, my family and I have had many problems with the Walgreens near us, but this is the first complaint I remember writing. And, I’m far from the first person to have problems at Walgreens, especially the Walgreens in Mesa. There are always new people there, giving out wrong information which leads to inefficiency, frustration, and sick people suffering more than they need to. Why is there so much turnover Ryan P.? Why is TIM your best employee leaving? Is that my fault, too?I have 2 spine disabilities and a CSF LEAK. One of my conditions is cervical instability and stenosis, which makes it hard for my neck to hold up my head. I’m in constant pain. That is only one of my painful conditions. I have three. My pharmacist probably doesn’t know this because he doesn’t know anything about me, and he doesn’t care. Ryan P. in Mesa doesn’t care if you’re sick. He doesn’t care if you’re in pain.He didn’t like my attitude so he let me sit and shiver and sweat and struggle to control my nausea while he filled orders for people that were not there and made phone calls to customers that weren’t picking up. Then, 30 minutes later, he gave me my pills and a lecture on my bad behavior and kept saying my first and last name in a threatening manner.Today, I tried to transfer all of my prescriptions so I could get away from him and make things easier for myself. I just need my medications. Yesterday, a Walgreens employee at that location told my mom I could just do it over the phone. Today, I called to make the transfers. The pharmacist Ryan P. hung up on me when I told him my name and asked for help. I called again, and after waiting a while on hold, he hung up on me again. Is this ok Walgreens? Why does this have to be so difficult? Being sick is already hard. Do you know anything about chronic illness?I’m on 10-12 medications. I’m mostly bed ridden, waiting for a blood patch for my CSF leak. There’s no question I’m sick, but Ryan P. doesn’t care. So, today, I had to drive down there because he kept hanging up on me.When I arrived, he ignored me, like he always does. I told the only person that would look at me that I just needed to transfer my prescriptions. She said I couldn’t do that there, even though they said I do it could yesterday.Ryan P. finally decided he would talk to me. He said I now had to drive to another Walgreens and my doctor had to send in new prescriptions which might take awhile.Ryan P. doesn’t care. Ryan P. thinks I deserve to be in pain. He seemed to take pleasure in making things harder for me.So, why don’t I just change pharmacies? I would change to CVS, but my disabilities keep me from working and I’m on AHCCCS. I was told that only Walgreens takes AHCCCS, but I’m realizing someone there told me that so that might not be true either. I’ll do some research. My pharmacist told me everybody there didn’t like me, and they will all be happy that I’m leaving. You could tell he enjoyed the control and being mean. Is this a man that should be helping sick people?I am unable to stand for more than 20-30 minutes of time, but this Walgreens pharmacist doesn’t care. He’s been there for 22 years. The place has always had problems, but they got worse ever since the pandemic started. People are constantly reporting problems at your pharmacy. He says I’m the problem. Look at your reviews.Ryan P. doesn’t care about people. Walgreens doesn’t care about people. And, they may punish you if you leave a complaint apparently.
