Omar (? - not entirely sure as part of his name was covered) from the pharmacy was unhelpful, judgmental, and not very friendly. Somehow I let this guy convince me I didn't have prescription coverage (which was stupid on my part - I know, but I'm learning), so I ended up paying full price for that reason. Will not be coming back.

Are all the walgreens bad now or just this one? It used to take 20 minutes to get scripts and now it takes days and sometimes they dont even fill it at all unless you hound them.

After waiting 5 days to have my prescriptions filled and having my doctor send in my prescriptions 4 times, I told the young man I spoke to on the 5th day to just forget it, I would use another pharmacy. During those 5 days they refused to accept copies of the prescription or to have the prescription faxed or emailed to them. They said the prescription must be received through the "portal" which obviously wasn't working and they obviously had no backup plan. I went to another pharmacy and had my prescriptions filled while I waited in less than an hour. The next day, lo and behold (!) I get a notice from this pharmacy that my prescriptions are waiting for pickup! I tried calling them to cancel but was put on hold for an extended period of time and then disconnected. The hell with them!
If you need prescription medications, don't come to this pharmacy! Corporate Walgreens should check this pharmacy out. They are ruining their brand.

Wow wow wow don't come to this pharmacy! Absolutely horrible! I had a prescription order called in Friday morning and I'm still waiting Monday afternoon for my prescription to be filled! I was told fri that they were backed up and behind and that they needed an extra day! I was kind and said ok! Didn't hear from them about my medication so I came back on Monday and I was told the pharmacist has not even looked at the order! The employees were rude!

Pharmacy is horrible! Doctor sent in script at 1015. I show up at 1045 and am told "it won't be ready for 2 hours, it will be ready at noon." I return at 110 (allowing them some extra time) and was then told that it won't be ready until tomorrow! WHAT? Their off site service pulled it to fill it. I tell them it's unacceptable. They say they will pull it back and it will be ready at 230. I show up at 230..."just finishing, have to change manufacturers." At 250 its finally done. So disappointing that service has fallen so much.

BIG BIG dumbashes working in the pharmacy, shouldn't take me a week to get my prescription or wait another hour AND A HALF AT THE PHARMACY. only too be told to not stare at the pharmacy tech??? like i'm waiting for my prescription. absolutely terrible customer service and WORST experience i've had at any pharmacy..Was even told that i'm not supposed to follow the instructions that my doctor wrote for the prescription, when i'm pretty sure by law they are supposed know about the medication regardless if they are your doctor or not and guide you the way the doctor wrote the prescription. I'm switching to cvs. That old crusty gray haired pharmacist needs to be replaced and there techs need education and some customer service skills.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the employees are kind. But they're productivity is ridiculous. My son had his wisdom teeth taken out this morning at 9am, and the prescriptions were sent to this pharmacy before the surgery began. It is now almost 5 PM and they still do not have the prescriptions ready. My son is in excruciating pain. They also told me that my insurance was invalid. But after I called my insurance that was not the case. I will never use this pharmacy again and I suggest that nobody else does either. They need new management and they need a company to come in and help this Walgreens learn how to function.

This place is the worst! Always expect a wait regardless if your prescription is ready or not. So disorganized, can't keep track or the order poeple are waiting then filling prescription of walk-ins before yours. If you have an afternoon to waste away this is the right place for you. What a joke, won't be back here!!!

Constant disorganization at this pharmacy. Never have your medications ready on time. Line is always long. Expect 30 to 45 minutes just to wait the only to find out that your prescription is not ready or they have lost your prescription.

Stay away from this pharmacy. Nothing is ever ready when they say it will be. I'm missing my insulin injections due to their ridiculous wait times. Dropped off my script 5 hours ago, she said 6pm, I went back at 7:30 and she said it was too busy and wasn't ready and to go to the back of the line after waiting 40 minutes. Every time I have a script it's 3-5 business days to get it filled and I still have to wait when I get there.

In Nov. 2022, I took my 15 yr old daughter to get the flu and covid vaccine. There was and elderly lady who was next in line. The Pharmacist was in a hurry. She brought out two sets of vaccines. She called my daughter back and gave her two vaccines, then discovered she had give my 15 yr old daughter, the elderly dose of the flu shot which was three times the normal dose. I had to ask for the pharmacist to write down the dose she gave my daughter, who was nearly in shock after hearing she was given the wrong dose, experienced side effects- amplified flu symptoms. Store Mgr was useless, the District Mgr offered doc appt for my daughter who is now fearful of vaccines, Walgreens customer service zero, then claim sent to 3rd party who sent me a letter saying they tried to contact me, which is untrue, I have contacted the claim company several times, no return call. I guess they think that no answer is the way to settle this claim. I have attempted to have someone contact me for now over a year. Walgreens management and the claim company are trying to hide the fact that they hire contractors that dont know what they are doing and are unwilling to assist my daughter, who is now fearful of vaccines. My daughter trusted me, I trusted Walgreens, and now left with having to deal with my daughter's fearfulness of vaccines and the unknown effects of being given several times the dose of the flu shot. Thanks to the lady behind us that day that should of gotten the elderly dose my daughter got, because my daughter could have mistakenly been given shingles vaccine for some other vaccine children shouldnt be given. Advice- Beware of getting vaccines at Walgreens! Please go somewhere else! Go to CVS or Walmart or your primary doctor's office for vaccines especially for children!

Got a call saying prescriptions were ready, drove to the location, only one was filled. They hadn’t started filling the others and then told me they were sending my last prescription to an offsite distributor? Why would you send an item you have people waiting for to an off site distributor when they’re in person waiting to get their items? Terrible customer service. Will never go back.
