Every time I'm here, I have to hunt someone down to check out and it's always the most unfriendly individual. The real issue with this location is that the pharmacist is a joke and should never work in face-to-face customer service. She is incredibly short with you, interrupts, doesn't even try to listen. She was super rude to me - I can only imagine how she is with older folks. Disgusting. Do yourself a favor and just go to Greenfield and Southern instead.

Rascist pharmacy employees. I was treated so rudely, had appointment for a COVID shot and was continually skipped. I waited over 30 minutes and went up to ask why people with later appointment times were getting to go first. The employee working had an attitude and didn't give a reason and said it was up to the pharmacist.

Do not use this Walgreens as your pharmacy if you want to spend less than 20 minutes in the drive through pick up line. I time how long it takes every time I come here - average of 7 minutes per car waiting in line. Zero sense of urgency.

Hospice nurse called to fill an RX and the lady answered was soo rude! Get it together, Walgreens! Show a little bit of kindness. We are all busy!

This location is constantly understaffed. If you don't mind long wait times, especially at the pharmacy, then this is the place for you. Don't blame the employees. It's the store managers job to hire.

I wanted to give a major shout out to Michelle! I went in with excruciating pain, I asked for assistance just grabbing a few things to get me in and out. She stopped stocking the shelves immediately, grabbed what I needed, and even got me checked out. I was so thankful for her act of kindness and immediate response. She gave me the best customer service possible and I will never forget it. I will definitely be calling management to give her kudos. She was an absolute fool. Keep up the incredible work Michelle!! I'll be shopping here as my number one Walgreens!!

Train ALL of your people to learn how to handle cash deposits from online only banks. My wife was in there not two days ago, deposited $500 with the cashier to our bank no problem. I go there today, and the cashier and, what I would assume as his manager because the cashier asked him about it, both said they have no idea how to do it and don't think they are able to. I showed them in the app where they are listed as a store that accepts the deposits, and they just said I don't think that's right.I walked out because I wasn't going to press, and was surprised that the help I was getting couldn't even consider that maybe they can and just need to get someone else.Poor management is what this boils down to.

Pharmacy always has prescriptions filled on time without issues and techs are nice. The bad reviews are old people that are either impatient or don’t read the pharmacy hours.

These people have a policy that if you call them and you are on hold that after a certain amount of time, you will get hung up on. Yeah after holding for 30 minutes, twice I was hung up. So I asked and they said it was policy, that the system automatically hangs you up. That's how well their pharmacy is handled. They also make zero effort to fill a prescription if there is a problem. It can sit for days unresolved and they don't care. Worst pharmacy I have ever.

Terrible staff. Staff doesnt know their own policy's. Hr long waits at the pharmacy for something that should take 5 min max to pick up. was asked for my ID today to pick up an Rx that ive been picking up for years without being asked for ID. Pharm tech stated "we started this back in March." You absolutely did not start this in march as ive been getting my kids meds here for years and have never been carded. This individual should be fired for her poor attitude, argumentative style, and hostility. I will be switching pharmacy's.

If the pharmacy was half as concerned with customer service as they are with taking a lunch break it would be much better. No one around standing in line for twenty minutes
