Walgreens corporate, may you explain the legality of your pharmacy switching a generic medication for the branded medication without doctor writing "dispense as written"?
Multiple times now this pharmacy has been highly deceptive by claiming through oral and walgreens portal that my generic medication would be fulfilled, only to find out that the pharmacist/portal lied about the medication being filled was generic and in reality they filled a branded drug which costs much more.

Stephanie, the cashier, always greets me warmly. She is very kind and sweet and makes my day a lot better. The world needs more people like her.

Cashier was very rude. My purchase was the last item of its kind. I was charged the wrong price. Cashier was unwilling and didn't know how to give me a paper receipt. Told me incorrectly how to slide my credit card. Sorely lacking customer service skills.

Went to return FedEx package. I unfortunately hadnt packaged my items. I asked the lady if I could buy any boxes. She said - Nope ! Only drop off. I asked if they sold shipping boxes in the store, which I later found out they did ; She told me Sorry ! to go to another location. What a poor costumer service !Thanks to another gentleman who showed me where the shipping boxes were and saved me another trip.

pharmacy is horrible, people working are rude and the customer service is also horrible. the pharmacy will text me and tell me my prescription is ready, and then i show up 30 mins later and it's NOT

I have been waiting for prescription for 4 days from this Walgreens. I can't believe it takes this long to get a heart medication filled. I have called three times too. It was supposed to be ready at 1:00pm but NOPE. After I will transfer my business elsewhere.

Horrible people...when we told the punk pharmacist guy how we were treated he just said "huh" and then "okay I gotta go" & hung up!! Idiot!! We then called Walgreens customer service-very nice girl who said the store manager will call us...of course we got no call. The good news is most people do not stay at this location so we'll just give it time and somebody new will be there soon

I'm literally shaking as I'm writing this. I've never left a review for anything but I'm fuming with rage that I needed to let Walgreens pharmacy & everyone know how shitty this experience was. I've had the same prescription refill for the last few years and this is the first time they can't get it right?! I just had a newborn and 2 surgeries so it's extremely hard to get out of the house. I'm not doing well and this was the last thing that needed to go wrong. I waited in that damn line for 30 minutes both times just to hear them say "it doesn't exist" or "oh it's not ready" after I called it in a full day before! I'm pretty sure the most idiotic shit heads work there The lady at the drive through needs to be fired and thrown in jail for being the WORST communicator and most helpless person of all time. Screw that lady. Screw this Walgreens.

I called at noon to make sure my prescription would be ready. they said it will be ready at 3. I got there at 3:30 and the drive thru lady made me come inside to get my prescription. I have a newly revisioned hip that I hurt so this was extremely frustrating. I literally left work early because of how much pain i was in and you made me walk inside to get it after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes!!!they Said it wasn't ready and that's why I had to hobble in!!!! not ok!!!! I am furious! get it together walgreens
