Terrible experience here! The long dark haired girl in pharmacy right now 5/21/25 at 5:30pm should not be in customer service! My text from Walgreens said they would hold it until 2/21/25, i say ok, i go to pick it up after work (out of my way btw) and they've already shelf'd it! Hello if you don't give me the day that u say, then u say the day before! Terrbible on Walgreens! Anyway, her sparky attitude about it made me 10 times more angry! When in customer service u do not give attitude to the customers! Especially when they just got screwed! Yet another reason why I will be setting up one of those pharmacy delivery services.. good job Walgreens... just lost another customer!

The girl who works the pharmacy is so slow ! They never have my medicine ready even if u don’t pick it up in the same day . No other Walgreens is as slow as her ! I’d rather drive 15 mins to a different pharmacy than the one 2 mins from my home ! She always has to “make” the medicine when I get there ?!!

Store is fine but pharmacy sucks. Dropped off my prescription before 10am and wasn’t ready until 2:30pm. The insurance didn’t cover and no one bothered to call to ask if I still wanted. It still wasn’t ready at the new time they quoted after I called to ask about the delay.

My experiences at this store have not been the best, I'm not sure how employees are being trained or the people that work here just don't care about their job. Today I went because I needed passport photos and the lady told me that I would need to wait because they have customers using their kiosk ???.. she didn't even bothered to help us. We needed her to take photos of me for passport and she kept giving same excuse...

I’ve never had a problem here, friendly- clean and never too long of a wait at the drive thru. Drive thru could be better placed.

I dropped off my prescription for my daughter at 8:39 I went back at 9:40pm
Pharmacy closes at 10pm there was a car in front of me which took 19 minutes! I got to the window at 9:59pm and she said sorry I can’t help you were closed. mind you the other associate UNMORALLY put up the ”we’re closed sign” completely ignoring the fact that I was there if I could put a negative 0 I would! this store and their pharmacy employees are un respectful and so rude!

I agree with previous comments! The staff who work in that establishment lack the charisma to treat people! The customer service is ZERO! The person in charge (Supervisor) is irreverent and dismissive! In terms of user and in comparison to other establishments in this chain, this has really been the worst! They should provide them with an adequate course on how to serve and try to help the people who enter said premises in the best way!

TERRIBLE SERVICE, WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE. NOR ANY LONGER GET MY PERSCRIPTIONS OR SERVICE HERE!! One star is not even an acceptable rating for how I was treated here. I PURCHASED TWO Gift cards here one was unopened and they would not refund me back for either of them! I purchased a 400$ Vanilla Visa Gift card for my mother who was visiting from out of country so she can use it while in town. She opened it and found the numbers on the front of the gift card were scratched off! This causing her to not even be able to activate or use the card at all! The fact that there is no other way to activate the gift card with scratched off the numbers was crazy enough! Two days later from the date I bought the gift card I take it back demanding to s/w a manager for a refund explaining everything to the manager who first advised me that nothing can be done then she was shamefully accusing and said there was a scam going on with these gift cards and people scratch them off and put them back on the shelf! She lied and said there are signs all over the gift card rack telling people about the SCAM! I promise there were no signs saying this if so I would have never purchased, especially not for 400$!The manager and a cashier nearby said the only option was to call Vanilla gift card and wait for an investigation this was absolutely unexceptable because I bought that gift card from Walgreens, and if they are aware of such scam they should LOCK these cards up or put them behind the counters but to sell SCAM gift cards should be ashamed! I understand it was not the fought of the ladies I s/w that day BUT it was also not my fault that a SCAM card was on their shelf for sale as it's the customer that spent their money thats gets played!! I was very upset not only was I embarrassed about giving their scam gift to my mother. Also 400$ down the drain and a MONTH later Vanilla is still Investigating on it too get my money refunded to me which is unexcpetable service! WARNING, DO NOT PURCHASE the GIFT CARDS from them, they are aware of the scam and still selling them and taking your money without ANY warning and NOT Refunding you even with you receipt and unopened gift cards!!! I never write bad reviews but I'm disgusted and others should be warned about this scam.
