An employee who is an old white lady with grayish hair is the rudest employee who works at this location! I come often and i see how she interacts with the customers always grunting and saying stuff under her breath. Does not have respect at all, walgreens def needs to hire better employees and let her grumpy self go

One of the best pharmacies, Bc people matter.
The Pharmacist was going beyond to help me and I want to thank him. I don't understand the low grade at all. To be honest, some complain about everything.

Just rude, granted I did come in 20 min before they close and asked about making a photo order and Immediately I was greeted with they won't be done tonight. I said that is OK I can wait till tomorrow. Then the lady is saying only have 15 min I went to the photo machine which I found did not have a C cord and they said oh people keep stealing them so we don't have one you will have to use your own. I walked out to the car got my cord went back in to order photos I was promptly told that I had 10 min. I could not understand why all my photos were for showing up and finally had to ask someone because no one offered to help me. I told the lady at the register to have a goodnight and she looked at me with a pitch face and grumpled something under her breath. I will never come back to shop at this Walgreens again. I will go out of my way to not be around these negative individuals who were talking negatively about their co workers the entire time I was in the store.

Joy and Natalie are always kind, very knowledgeable and so helpful. Joy always goes above and beyond! Pharmacy is always awesome with fast and friendly service. After reading several reviews I have seen a lot of complaints from people who sound like a bunch of whiny crybabies, with one bad experience they feel the need to make a review based off of just that. I drive the extra mile just to come to this location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ?

We are in town for vacation and stopped in for a few essentials. The bathrooms have a code lock so try to find an associate on your way in if it’s an emergency.At any rate, I was having an emergency and the associate I found was not very polite in telling me she was busy with another employee and to go on ahead and wait for her. I thought it was strange since I was not myself given the code, the associate had to do it for me? I’m from a big city and a coded lock isn’t new to me; I’ve not been asked to wait for someone else to open it for me, the code is usually given out and the rest is “self-serve”. Just weird.

I called to have my prescription refilled like the employee told me to do when I was ready for it to be refilled and when I went to Walgreens to pick it up the pharmacist said that it wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready for 3 more days because it's coming from somewhere else and will be shipped to that store I was at and it's blood pressure pills that I take and I told him I need my pills ASAP cause I was already out and then he said "well let me see if I have it on shelf and of course they did and he refilled it in about 5 mins so either he is really lazy and didn't want to fill it or he forgot to fill it and couldn't be a grown up and tell me you forgot to fill it or something besides what he said and he also said that the automated system that tells you when and what scripts you need filled always says that and has said that for years and it's never true. The recording is lying to people and have been lying to people about their script refills for two years now. He had no customer service skills and he wasn't pleasant at all and he hated his job or maybe just that day he hated everybody and everything the way he was acting that day. He sucked!!!!!!!

This walgreens has rude and bossy staff. In the past I had an older lady that yelled at me for taking my items out of my handheld basket and placing them on the counter because it made her job harder and I didn't know what I was doing. Also if a sale is over, the signs should be taken down. Other stores like Frys will honor how their products are price marked if it's THEIR mistake. This person said "nope rip em all down" and the attitude she had while she was pointedly ripping the sale signs down was atrocious. This was the same lady from my previous experience. This Walgreens should be more aware of the conduct and work performance of their employees. I also tried to buy tweezers, the expensive ones they keep locked up. I realized my tweezers werent in the bag when I got home. Apparantly I spent 40$ on a box of bandaids and peroxide. When I called and asked if my tweezers were left at the counter they said I never paid and she "doesn't know what to tell me". So I'm pretty sure I got ripped off for a 25$ pair of tweezers as well. In the future I'll be driving the extra mile to CVS. Each item is this picture must cost over 10$ because I spent 40$ on my card plus 10$ cash and no tweezers.

I go to the pharmacy here every month to pick up my medicine and it use to be really nice and simple to pick it up but now it's not. Julie the Pharmacy technician ALWAYS corrects me on how I pronounce my address or the city I live in then proceeds to give me a history lesson on all of it as if I'm stupid. Like today for example my address ends in PL she tells me "you mean Place , PL Is short for place so it's place" don't understand why she thinks that correcting a costumer is appropriate when i said it correctly but alright I am tired of someone trying to talk to me like I'm stupid all because I say things just differently I have a accent I apologize if that inconveniences her

This location should just shut down. Make an appointment for a COVID BOOSTER and was told "It's going to be quite a while." Figured I get my passport photo and was told "We don't have anyone here to do one." This store never has enough staff and the place is literally empty, which is no surprise, due to the lack of customer service.

Who ever the older lady is with the gray roots and crooked teeth is very rude. This was my first time being there and I was there for maybe 5 minutes. I needed help with eyelashes and I asked her for help finding a product and instead of helping me she looked at me and basically just told me they have what they have she doesn't know what they sell. she was huffing and puffing as i picked out what I wanted and she clearly hates her job. I do not recommend to anyone.
