Susan the lead is a horrible, mean, liar and rude person. I have been going to that Walgreens since they opened 15 or 20 years ago. I will never step foot in a Walgreens ever again . She traumatized me.

Obviously everyone knows about this drug store chain. Their standards and service are consistent across the stores, so you know what you are going to get most times. One thing I like about this location is the very good staff they have that works in the evening.On this evening on a Wednesday, I was in need of getting a passport photo. I hesitate to go to a busy store in the evening since people are often going to stores after work. I dread standing at a photo center counter waiting for a long time for someone to come grudgingly to help that annoying interruption called the photo customer. But this was the absolute opposite of my experience here.At this local Walgreens, the staff came quickly to the photo counter. They took the pictures, and went to work immediately processing them. Of course, I can get all my drug prescription needs and over the counter meds taken care of here too, along with the regular conveniences of such a store. But the highlight of such a place is the staff. They make all the difference. One of the failings of many stores is the poor training of staff that end up treating customers as though they are a bother or inconvenience. Not so here. Customer service is king, and it is nice to see a place that takes it seriously.

I had urgent care send two prescriptions over necessary for treating a severe kidney infection. They received them the night before they open. They open and the guesstimated wait time is till 11 AM. Come 4 PM I call to ask why it’s taking so long as these are important medications needed and they tell me if you leave from wherever you are now they’ll be ready. So this whole time my medications crucial for treating a severe kidney infection where I’m losing a lot of blood from my body could have been completed in 5 minutes? You’re going to get someone killed. Medicine isn’t a game.

The lady at the pharmacy was not very considerate. I had a concern regarding a Covid test, and she responded in a more condescending way than I would prefer. I have visited other Walgreens Covid testing and they have accommodated and in a kind manner. She did not accommodate at all and I did not feel very valued. Customer service is what I felt lacked from my interaction here.

Love this Walgreens. Pam in pharmacy always goes above and beyond. Never makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her. She got all my prescriptions transferred from CVS fast and efficiently. No stumbling stones.

Took my Mother to this location for her 2nd Covid 19 Vaccination today 3/30 @ approximately 230pm. They were extremely unorganized and chaotic. The person who gave the injection was rude and disrespectful to my Mother but the worst part is that they were allowing people to leave immediately after receiving the vaccine. They were not following the proper protocol and having the customer wait 15 minutes incase they had a reaction. Disgraceful. I had my first shot at a CVS and they had someone monitor and time each person because they actually care.

I just had a great experience at this Walgreens. A very friendly young lady named April helped me select some beverages for an upcoming party. She did an amazing job helping me, and she was nice company while I shopped. It's people like April that make me want to come back to their store. Thank you and well done April! Merry Christmas!

This is as crappy of service as the other Walgreens. I came in with an rx for 8 tabs that my doctor called ahead, I'm the ONLY person here. The tech tells me it's going to be at least an hour. When I said my doc called ahead, why would it take an hour to count 8 tabs. The pharmacist then tells me if I'm going to complain he is not going to fill it, Matt R RPH. Then another tech comes out to tell me they don't have the drug I said, but do have the drug on the RX, I said well fill what the rx says! Then the pharmacy refuses to tell what the pharmacists name is! I am the only person here!
