customer service is great but unfortunately the trust is not there. after purchasing a vehicle from them, 4 months later my head gasket blew. They only have a one month warranty.... It's just been 2 years and I've had to put in addition 3000 dollars after my head gasket blew on additional issues. I've fixed 2 of the 3 oil leaks. Still wondering if it's worth fixing completely because it will cost me another 1-2k to fix and who knows what else will go wrong.. I purchased this vehicle with 71k miles and today it has 112k. Just not sure about this company...

My experience started with a text, followed by a phone call to Dee, and ended with a sale where the service did not stop!I stopped by VIP Auto Sales in Mesa and spoke to Dee, a polite and funny gentleman that was easy going and straight forward, which I liked. I was there to see the 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom in red. It was the second and last bike I test rode.Before starting to sign the paperwork, I explained my conundrum...I was a new rider that just took the MSF Basic and just got my MC endorsement last week.To make a long story short, Dee offered to have my bike transported to my place at no extra charge (45 miles one way). Also, from start to finish, I was donebwithcthe transaction in two hours (never had that great of an experience buying a car!).Anyways, I got my bike by 6 pm today in perfect condition! Thank you to Dee, Frankie (employee/transporter), and Kenny the owner (met him...he had a great story about his 1st motorcycle ride).Felt like family. If I ever had other needs, I would not hesitate to go back!

I have been waiting a while to post this.I bought a camaro from this place about two years ago. Within 24 hours I had check engine lights go off. Bad cats. Took it back, and according to them, they replaced them. Uh huh.Since then I have put over 5,000.00 into this car. Replaced cats, sensors, timing chains, thermostat, spark plugs. I have almost replaced every part in this engine that I can.And I paid over 12,000.00 for it.They knew the car was junk, but they sold it anyway, patching it up until nothing could be done by them. If I could give negative stars I would.Will never recommend.Go somewhere else.

I was having a really hard time finding a reliable car and trading mine in at the same time. I found a car on car gurus and wanted to look at it. My car broke down the day I was headed to the dealer and they still gave me the amount they said. I ended up buying a car that was at their site in Prescott and they drove it down for me and had it ready. Always responded super quick and was so patient with all the questions I had. I felt very safe buying a car from this dealer, knowing it wouldn't break down as soon as I drove off the lot. They are willing to work with you and want you to have the easiest experience possible. Highly highly recommend!!

I came across this awesome place by way of referral and I'm glad I did! Ken and his wife were very hospitable and accomodating. Ken went over and beyond in assisting me find a lower interest rate that fit my family needs, very much appreciated! The selection of vehicles were so nice, it took a while to decide on ONE I wanted! I saw a truck that I was interested in and stopped by VIP Auto Sales to check it out. Low and behold I met Ken and was welcomed into a stressless sale of my dream truck! I really appreciated Ken's approach to buying a vehicle. He worked with me on the price and the cosmetic work that needed to be attended to.
