Did I wait almost an hour in-store to pick something up that I ordered online earlier in the day? Yes. But did I still get excellent customer service from Aaron? Also yes. Aaron was solo in the store, assisting someone with an issue for the past 4 hours that he did not cause. He was calm and patient, working hard to resolve this customer's issue. He then simultaneously got my item and assisted an elderly lady who had visited before with questions on how to use her phone. He was so kind and calm (I would have lost it) while having to go around in circles in order to finally find a resolution for everyone in the store. Great job!

Contrary to the signage and how the employees represent themselves, this is not a Verizon store. It's a 3rd party retailer called Victra. My company brought over 20 lines to Verizon through Victra and the transition from the previous carrier was a nightmare that took weeks to correct. I couldn't get a returned text or phone call from Brandon or Bri, who I was told would be our company's business account contacts. This went on for a month before I learned this wasn't actually a Verizon store. The kicker...our first bill came from Verizon and it is more than triple what it was represented to me it would be. I've given up trying to get these employees to respond to help me sort it out.

Both associates were helpful and friendly and especially Kiara was the most helpful and knowledgeable with helping me with what I needed.Best experience I've had in a phone store. Great customer service.

The sales reps here are so courteous and professional. Can't say that enough. Hands down awesome staff. The company not so much. Verizon is not my favorite cell company. But if u choose Verizon go here because this store is second to none in customer service

I would have preferred going to the actual Verizon store located kiddie corner to Victra. We ordered phones a week prior and came in the following week to pick up and set up. It took a while for them to set up our family phones and transfer our lines / number to our new Verizon plan. At our initial visit Jay was very knowledgeable and seemed to be in the know and more customer facing. The other customers were needing to wait to work with him and Chandler the other worker seemed more like a sales associate handling more simple transactions. He deferred many questions to Jay while we were there. We ended up going home to cont to finish setting up our phones.... As per guidance by Jay. I was happy with our interactions with Jay. We were told the phones would be set up and working after the transfer is complete. Come to find out this was not the case which left us with no working phones until the next day because when we called customer service/ tech support they were closed. We went back the next day and this was truly where the regret set in. We came back and it was just Chandler there and boy was he truly a piece of work. We felt that from our prior visits and I was incredibly disappointed when we had to go back and work directly with him. He is Completely irritated by the fact that we were there asking for help. So rude and just had a miserable demeanor. Not someone that should be customer facing. Told us we should not have ever left their store if the phones weren't working. Argumentative. I was trying to point out that we were told by his colleague to go home and please not point the finger at us that we were at fault. he argued back, rolled his eyes and snapped back. He was annoyed by not only us but every customer that we watched walk into that store. When he finally did get on the phone to help finish our phone set ups I was surprised to hear that he was telling tech support he is manager of the store. Whoa. That was a shock and I am impressed that his staff seemed to have a way better attitude and customer service approach then their leadership. kudos to you Jay. Sad this is where our business went and I would have preferred helping another establishment out.

It was a good experience, answered all my questions was very helpful and courteous. Jay was very patient and knowledgeable. I got a new cell phone, internet and home phone transfered.

First, they never answer their phones, I mean like never. Second they apparently take a lunch and don't open back on time. Third, they have your order completely wrong.

The food was all perfectly made, so delicious. Our waiter was so accommodating, very quick with getting our meals out. We frequent Texas Roadhouse. Always a great experience.

I tried to call and handle this on a one on one level rather then put on blast. On March 5 2022 I went into purchase the latest greatest phone Samsung Ultra 22 I actually bought 2. The price tag was hefty but Felipe told me my trade in of the 2 phones I currently owned would cover the cost of one of the 2 Samsungs. So my first bill comes and it way more then it should be. I call Verizon and the tell me it could take a couple months for the trade in to be reflected once they were sent in from the verizon dealer. Here we are 5 months later and verizon say they never were sent a trade in they know nothing about it. So Felipe I need your lost and found department because you lost the phones and you need to find them. Trust me when I tell you 1200 is enough for me to go to small claims court. Oh and you should hire more people so someone can answer the phone. Terrible service, long wait time, and incapable of keeping track of trade ins. I'm also going to file a complaint with Verizon and the Better Business Bureau. Have an awesome day. I hope your boss bothers to read these reviews.
