STAFF IS AMAZING, SERVICE IS AMAZING, I LOVE THIS STORE. People complaining about bad service are just unhappy that not EVERYTHING can be handled at a store level. Some things HAVE to be done OVER THE PHONE. Surprisingly the “sales representative” doesn’t work on the towers, or manufacture the phones, or generate your bill. There’s different departments for different issues. Most folk are just braindead npc’s that can’t comprehend the fact that sometimes they have to help themselves and not cry at the first minor inconvenience in their boring lives.

No wait at this Verizon store! So that's a plus... EXCEPT... The big issue was that no one could help me with the technical questions I had. So they suggested I go to a cell phone repair shop like You, Break, I Fix!

Dillon, however you want to spell this name. At verizon is absolutely worthless. I was in this store spoke to him about my concern and told them that I spoke to someone at verizon thru their chat system, I was speaking to a verizon representative not that bot. And they told me to come into the physical store to have them see my proof of not receiving my switch promo. Well Dillon basically laughed and smirked when I showed him that I was speaking to verizon thru the chat barely even glanced at it to begin with. He tells me there's nothing that he can do. Well thanks for absolutely nothing Dillon. No wonder you work where you do. I'll be escalating this further.

It was a very busy day but they should be able to handle having business. We, along with 2 other people walked in there and no one said hello or made any attempt to help us. We left.

I have been there twice and had an EXCELLENT experience. Tony and Vinnis were amazing and completed some complicated account mergers and phone buys and plan changes,all without issue. Super nice facility.

I went to Verizon at Signal Butte to get help redeeming a Verizon Card and was met with the most arrogant and condescending person.
No customer service skill nor personality .
I don’t recommend going to this location unless you’re a glutton for punishment.

Avoid this store at all cost if you can. They have 0 intrest in providing customer service of any kind.
6 employees will stand around in a circle staring at their phone and ignore you to the point where you wave your hand to be acknowledged even though you're standing right next to them.
So extreme that they will use their own passcodes to have you call the Customer service just to be told what you need has to be handled in the store.
Standing right next to them with the customer service representative on speaker phone asking me why they're not helping me in the store, they couldn't care less.
They were so unprofessional they wouldn't even make eye contact with me, literally turning their back to talk to each other and not about trying to find a resolution to my problem.
To the 6 bros scheduled around 3 pm on Friday May 3rd,
You should really find another job. You're obviously not interested in helping people that walk into that store. The way you treated me was absolutely disgusting and appalling. I've received better customer service and human courtesy from a child at a Lemonade stand.
It will come back to you. We get from this universe what we give. Good luck you will need it!!

I stopped by the store because my I14 Max kept going into SOS mode. You can't do ANYTHING in SOS mode. Mattie, an employee was on her way out and had just punched out. She said she would help but she just clocked out. Then said well let me see it. She ran some diagnostic tests and said she'd pass the information to Angel and he'll help you out. Angel called me over and with Mattie's help fixed my phone in 5 minutes. Angel told me to call with any questions. Literally BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!. Little things matter. Thanks guys you deserve a raise!

Avoid this store! I walked in the store and couldn't figure out who the employees were because the all ignored me as they looked down at their phones. . One man is leaning on, hunched over a display looking at his phone. He ignores me. I see what I found out was the manager walking around ignoring me. There are several other men helping other customers but they too can't even bother to acknowledge me or offer to get someone to assist me. As the manager walks past me I say can I get some help? Then manager motioned to the guy whose name is Xander who was hunched over the display looking at his phone and said "He asked you if you needed help but you didn't answer him so we assumed you didn't want our help." I said he never said a word to me. The manager decided to argue with me and said he heard him acknowledge me. I said he didn't and again the manager said he did. I had to tell the manager I wasn't her to argue with him, but he had to have the last word and for the third time said HE DID ASK YOU IF HE COULD HELP YOU. The manager told Xander to assist me. Xander said the reason people suddenly couldn't hear me speaking on my phone was probably due to a tower issue and to call customer service to get a free extender or something like that. I'll never go back. It's an immature "bro" atmosphere. Very unwelcoming for a woman. Worst experience ever. The manager was the rudest little man I've ever dealt with. I'm so annoyed that I may have to change my carrier.
