I purchased a new phone, it didn't allow me to receive any text messages. I went back 6 times for help. I was belittled by several staff,. I was passed off to others when their shift ended. I was given a new phone, and still had the same problem. Finally after the 6th visit. Staff Nick figured out it was the Verizon internet . Have since had no problems. I am disappointed that Verizon staff took so long to figure out the issue. I am disappointed at how some staff treated me, like I was a senile old lady , I am disgusted that I was blamed for an issue that was not my fault.

Sergio was able to teach me how to close out my accounts in less then 5 minutes, something the store on Germann and Gilbert failed to try, and the customer service tech on the phone was unable to accomplish. Give this man a raise or his own store, (or both) then watch your numbers grow!

Avoid this store at all cost. Outright lied to me and when confronted about it the store manager shrugged it off as no big deal.
They are still billing me for a deceased relatives phone line that was disconnected. Worse than a used car salesman on Van Buren.

Bought a new phone! I love it! The staff was great! They all made sure we were taken care of. Very nice store.

I was frustrated with my visit to this store. I was passed around to multiple associates and paid $60 for help setting up my phone only to be ditched by each employee that was assigned to help me. After I had been there for 2.5 hours I decided to leave (after having paid for a service that I did not receive.) Only to be called back to the store because the employees lack of attention lead to a mistake with deleting info from my trade. Overall I spent almost $200 in this store and was still treated with so much disrespect.

I was in a bad mood when I walked in, Rachel did a good job at helping me and my daughter with getting her a new phone. I don't like all the authentication you have to jump through with all the hoops, but at least our information is safe. Thank you

Went in to return an item and get new samsung earbuds.. Daniel helped me and was very nice and patient with me in doing the return then my new item. All the employees were very nice....

Aiden helped us out tonight and was actually very useful! Customer service over the phone on the other hand was terrible. Aiden did a good job meeting my standards and was actually able to help us despite Kenneth from the Fraud Department from the Verizon Customer Service Line. Aiden was quick to help us and was getting stuff done today like I had asked. He was able to trouble shoot with me to help me get my situation handled. Very happy with the experience I recieved from him.
