The overall experience was pleasant. I do however wish they didn't send you home with a phone that still isn't fully functional. Prior phone activations were completed 100% . I was given the phone in the box , representative didn't even take it out.

Woody and Kevin assisted me with EXCELLENT service. They were Efficient, effective, and friendly when helping me even tho I was there the second the store opened. I have never experienced better customer service in my life! Woody deserves Tom Brady’s salary
