They didn't have what I needed but explained exactly how to fix my problem. Even told me about Moen's guarantee . I was able to go home without any expense and fix my faucet. I want to thank the men for everything. Definitely would go back.

If you enjoy being helped with sarcasm and derision then this is the place to go. An associate from Home Depot suggested this store for a specific size of tee fitting. I watched the first associates eyes glaze over as I tried to explain the issue, and before I finished he waved me away to an associate named Dave. Not only could Dave not help me find one, as I tried to explain the issue he kept talking over me with some ridiculous haughty sort of impatience pulled from his a*** Fair to add that I had forgotten to bring the actual tubing that needed the tee fitting, but I had a diagram and measurements for the bidet attachment I was attempting to install. I asked a confirming question because I want to make sure he's understanding me and he laughs and makes some comment like it's the dumbest question he's ever been asked. If you like feeling like a dumbass from such pasty white old f*** because you're a woman, this is your guy. Overall, horrible experience, waste of my time, and I sincerely hope no one else has to experience the same level of genuine inadequacy and incompetence.

I have thee 35 year old outside faucets that were leaking at the stem. I was hoping to replace the packing but the whole inside down to the stem washer were corroded. Replacing the whole faucet would have required getting into the wall. I tried two other places without success. Within 60 seconds Van Marcke had replacement facets for me with inside parts that worked for the ones at my house. I was so happy!

This was my first time here. Searched all over looking for an ABS pipe piece under my sink that needed to be replaced. Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware and Standard Plumbing Supply. None of them had it. I found it in Van Marcke’s within 3 minutes of walking in the door. The guy behind the counter laughed when I told how hard my search was for this pipe. He helped me choose the right ABS glue and a small hacksaw needed for the job. Excellent, excellent customer service. Spent $12 for everything. Will come here for all my DIY plumbing work supplies.
