This company is awesome! The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They are dependable and their communication with the customer is spot on. I feel comfortable in my choice to have them in my home and do the repairs I needed so much that I joined the service club they offer. Nathan came to fix our oven that would not heat up. He was on time, courteous and quickly diagnosed the issue. After finding the required parts locally, he picked them up and had the replacements done in about 45 minutes. First tme we have used Valley Services and they will be our go to appliance repair service for any future work.

I’m a guy who thinks he can fix anything, so I was deeply humbled… in having to call an Appliance repairman.My experience was A+++, from the friendly scheduling… to the onsite service by Angel, who was friendly, respectful, efficient… and explained in plain terms what needed repaired, why, and my options. He even took time to pet my dogs, who instantly befriended him.Thanks, I’ll keep your # handy.And Angel, my dogs said you’re always welcome!

Not too happy, was supposed to show up on Tuesday didn't. Ended up coming Thursday to fix washing machine technician blamed me for missed appointment. Told them exactly what they needed to do to fix it showed up without the part then came and looked at it gave me a very high quote told me he'd have to go to his warehouse to pick up the part which was 15 minutes from my house but he couldn't come back until the next day. So I started to complain to him about the missed appointment and asked him to price match a previous quote reluctantly he literally pouted went got the part took him all a 5 minutes to install didn't price match but had a lot of attitude. Repair seemed to be fine, just no mannerism. He was clearly annoyed, I paid them $200 cash, as he pouted for his 5 minutes worth of work.

I’m glad I found Valley Services. They were quick to answer my call and have someone out for service. They have text updates and an eventual phone call with what’s going on. The feedback and recommendations were fair and honest. Highly recommend!

Problem: fridge and freezer are getting too hot at random times during use. Update: now my fridge isn’t giving water.UPDATE: Pros: None. After charging me 175 to spray my condenser with some foam and wipe it off, now my water supply to my fridge has stopped working less than a week later. I called them hoping they would come back out to check it out, thinking maybe they missed something. They wanted to charge me an additional 80 bucks just to send them back out.Go with another company. Run away!Cons:I got charged 175 for them to spray my condenser coils with $18 foam and wipe it off. Prior to charging me the 175, the Tech described the process like they were doing something more involved to clean the condenser coils. I was also told that it would be a 50/50 possibility the solution didn’t work.SUMMARY:It didn’t work, I more than likely just need a new fridge and the original issue was never resolved. I’m not sure but I’m certainly never going with this company again to figure it out!

Wanted to find someone that could trouble shoot and fix my refrigerator quickly. Valley Services did just that! I was so happy with the service I received. Judy was the “service woman” who came to the rescue. She explained what she was doing as she repaired. Very professional.
