We stopped here for cigarettes, soda, and some snacks for my brother in a nearby hospital. The cashier was rude , in asked for generic cigarettes and he just stared at me, my husband came over to tell him the soda machine was only carbonated and no soda.
The cashier walked over to the machine pointed at it that it was fine and refused to do anything else. He came back to the register and again was rude during our interaction, the candy I purchased was beyond stale and unedible, and it was my second choice I had already put back another candy cos it was hard and stale. I would avoid this place at all costs

I usually love this place because it's one of the very few places that have Red Cream Soda on fountain. But I went tonight 3/12/2023 at 9:40pm and on here it says they close at 10pm but on there door it says Midnight. But they are closed already.wastijg my fuel and time.

Terrible customer service as if the first encounter wasn't bad enough. Tried to use my Valero card and it did not work at the pump, went into the store to see if it was just a pump issue. I always pay my bill every month. The cashier started yelling at me and told me to leave the store he said "I was a deadbeat for not paying my bills", causing a huge embarrassing scene. Got home called the number on my Valero card and was told the card was put on hold due to what looked like fraudulent charges, they were happy I called, cancelled my card and sent a new one. This experience was bad enough, I stopped using this service station altogether even though it is close to my home. My son went in to use his card(same account), on 6/16/22 again the card did not work at the pump My son went into the store to see if there was a problem with the pump, when he asked the cashier to run the card in the store the cashier completely refused to do so. I went in today 6/20/22, card worked fine at the pump. I have never had a problem with any other Valero station just this one.

We are patrons weekly and are taken back by the neglect of the palms surrounding this location. It not only is a safety concern it looks terrible as you drive by. Please take the time to trim these palms so there true beauty can show. Thank you!
