If I could give it zero stars I would. I actively avoid this goodwill cuz it’s dirty and they sell absolutely trash but today my partner wanted to try again for christmas decor. As he passed the back loading zone he heard an employee go up to what we assume was the shift manager asking for help to then the manager replies “ you’re not going to come back here and waste my time with issues like that” . The entire staff are rude and trashy just like this location.

I had an expensive Stanley water bottle that I accidentally left in my shopping cart. It was one of the bigger ones. I immediately speak with the cashier who checked me out. She repeatedly tells me that it’s gone and somebody had to have taken it. This straight up is suspicious. She did not get the information to a manager to have them call me back, which makes me think she is the one who took it. I call two days after and Speak with a lower level manager. I’m told the store manager will call me back. Not one call, he doesn’t care!!! One of those two managers notified me that the water bottle was either stolen by an employee or the employee took it and put it back out on the shelf for it to be sold. Either way, the store stole my water bottle. A police report was filed. The store manager refuses to call me back. I’ve tried calling corporate and can’t get acall back. So, now I’m working on filing complaints against this company for theft. Everything is documented in the police report and since Goodwill will not take care of their customers, everybody needs to be aware that they have a thief in this store.

Zero stars if was allowed. I waited on a manager for a return now since 525p on 10.4.24 for a return. Manager showed at 547p. Over 20 minutes wait is unacceptable. Other employees are apologetic but helpless. I guess if U wait long enough, they assume you will give up and leave.
Be more accountable store manager Cisco and rethink who you promote/ hire as manager as this is not providing good customer service

Used to be a great goodwill location but the merchandise has been lower quality as well as the customer service. Now I prefer the Gilbert location. The older check out clerk with tattooed eyebrows was also very impolite, not helpful and unprofessional.

Anybody who has IBS or incontinence is absolutely screwed if they come here, they refuse to give out the bathroom key if there’s 2 or more people in line.

I shop all over the valley for books and this is without question the highest priced Goodwill for books. Seriously?! It’s all freaking donated and you’re trying to charge over $5 for a used book? And it’s not just books, it’s everything. SO overpriced it’s getting ridiculous. See photos…one item was from the 99 cent store and they put a $2.49 tag on it. What a bunch of morons. Who’s pricing this stuff?

The store has completely turned an 180° since 3 months ago. Been through to many Managers to soon and not investing in employees that do/go that extra mile. A little RESPECT could go a long way. But this store has been consistently getting better, even if it's taking longer than expected. Progress is Progress!

OMG really...the items are donated! The prices are outrageous!!! Now I know why I stopped going here. Just go to Walmart, it's new, clean, and just about the same price.

This location is a very very bad location. They do not have a good return policy. They will not allow people to exchange things. The return policy at most places is 30 to 90 days at this particular location this policy the return policy is seven days they need to correct that immediately if they want to keep business, you hear me Goodwell you need to correct this immediately if you want to keep business, you need to change your return policy affective immediately it should not be seven days. It should be 30 or 90 days at least I don’t know what you guys are thinking as a company but your return policy is incorrect, so please fix this immediately And all you do is accept donations. You can’t even extend a courtesy to somebody who wants to return something because they don’t fit if it’s over your seven day return policy.

Worst smell when you walk in also extremely overpriced. A man wearing lipstick that works there was extremely OVER FRIENDLY to my young teenage son. Still feel very creeped out by the situation. Will never be back.

Great spot for thrifting! It’s a fairly large location with lots of items to look through. Would recommend checking out if you’re in the area!

Absolutely terrible service. Was ignored multiple times. As the lines got longer they closed the lanes, and make everyone get in one line which took much much longer. Very rude worker, he took breaks in between helping customers to walk away and leave us all just in line.

I've been to most local goodwill locations. This one is about the least impressive but most expensive. Plenty of beat up or dirty items listed for more than new. Friendly staff.

I never write reviews for anything but this visit was absolutely annoying. The managers in this place are so incredibly disrespectful to their employees. I was in line to get checked out and the manager ( short tattooed guy acts like he’s 7 feet tall when in reality he’s like 4’11) was yelling at all his employees about scrubbing the floors in front of all the customers, walking them through each aisle and scolding them about stains on the ground right next to the customers and it was just so sad because they seemed genuinely scared of him. That is not the way to be a leader. Just because you’re a manager doesn’t allow you to disrespect the people that do all the work for you. I also found a pair of American eagle jeans that didn’t have a tag on them, the cashier went to ask that same manager and in the loudest tone he says “at least $25. American eagle jeans are at least $160” like sir I have never spend more than $70 on brand new American eagle jeans you need to relax. You work for a thrift store and donation company and you look like you buy your jeans from baby gap so idk if you have a say. I don’t know who gave him a leadership position in the company but that man needs to be humbled.
