I am extremely disappointed. Sent by Brazilian mail on August 8th, the package was supposed to arrive on the 26th. I paid via express and the package arrived in Chicago on the 25th and went to Charlotte on the 27th and arrived. Today, September 5th, my package with medicines is in Miami, as my package was supposed to come to Arizona. This USPS post office should close its doors because they are very disorganized and do not meet deadlines. Unfortunately, it is not worth 1 star.

Very nice, & clean. The line was long but went very fast. The gentleman who helped me was very, very nice & respectful. & helped me the simplest, & fastest way possible. Definitely the best experience I've EVER HAD at a Post Office.

I was just in the PO and a red headed girl with a pony tail was standing behind the counter, I asked her if I could borrow a few pieces of tape, she said "I have to sell it to you." Okay I get it, but Brian who works here is one of the good ones will give you a little tape. I got some tape from the rack and put two pieces of tape on the box, the girl say's I will help the other people that just walked in, I said no need my box was ready. She then turns around and walks off leaving me there and never comes back to help me, my 11 year old is more mature then this girl. Horrible employee who should be fired or should spend some time with Brian getting training, but she appears to be hopeless. This makes me really motivated to teach my kids about respect and hard work, clearly she did not have that or is just to dumb to understand her job is in customer service.

We are in the Pierpont office suites. Our clients routinely send us checks in the mail, and the postal carrier from this office routinely loses them or mis-delivers them to other office suites. This has happened not once or twice, but many times. We constantly have to contact our clients to re-send payments. If the postal "service" wasn't a government monopoly it would have been shut down by competent competition by now. Please hire someone that can read an address and put it in the right box.

Had a redelivery notice in my mailbox. It stated it could not be delivered because no one was home and signature was required. I believe the mail person was too lazy to walk to our door as both my husband and I were both home all day. I choose not to go to the mailbox as this was not our normal mail person.

The service I got here was exceptional. I was having trouble changing my address online, and she took all of the hassle out of it and, lo and behold, I am receiving my mail already. Within 72 hours! You go girl!

I had a notification stating my package was delivered to a parcel locker 4/17/24 I checked my mail and typically there would be a key but there was no key. I was informed by my partner that sometimes they will indicate that a package was delivered if they have contracts to deliver on a certain date to avoid penalties, so wait a day or two to see if it shows up. I waited two days, no package, so I go down to the post office they tell me that a temporary carrier made the delivery and that they will try to contact them to resolve the issue. I was called back by a post office rep letting me know that they were not able to locate my package and that I would need to file a claim. The claim process is so tedious it’s like they want to make it so difficult that you say forget it. They don’t want to offer any assistance or compensation unless you have insurance on the package. Well this was an online purchase so I have no control over how the sender mailed the parcel, so all we can do is file a service request which does nothing. I know mistakes happen but to be out of hundreds of dollars and have no one being held accountable doest make much sense

It is difficult to get ahold of this location via phone due to staffing issues. If you call within their stated business hours, either you get an automated message that the business is closed, or it'll ring forever until it hangs up on you. This is because staff are helping other customers in person and are not given the time or support to answer the phone.There's also no way to email them. You can submit a case, but their main option is to call you back to get more details. Then, when you call them back, often there's no answer. Again this is due to staffing issues.Once I was able to get help for an issue from an employee named Royalle, the resolution was quick and helpful. But the staff here could really use more support to handle phone calls, cases and emails. Not their fault.
