My package wasn't delivered. Wouldn't fit in mailbox. Mail person is supposed to deliver to my apartment. Like they usually do. I guess this person didn't want to bother

I've been coming here on and off for a few years. I've never had any issues with staff or services here. A few months ago they were actually able to track down a mis-delivered package for me and get it to my residence.

I currently have 3 deliveries in 3 different parcels because I continue to either a) get keys that don’t work or b) get a key to a parcel that has a piece of a key in the keyhole. I’ve left post its, I’ve called, I’ve spoken to a supervisor who was rude, etc. and idk what to do anymore.

I drive an extra 2.5 miles to this post office to avoid the awful lines at my local post office. I went here around lunch time to mail a couple of packages thinking I’d be in line forever. The 2 people at the counter moved the line very fast. There was a handful of people in front of me and we all got out of there fast.

The clerk at the counter was really helpful she provided a recommendation on how to cut costs on my shipping and I saved a few dollars. Exceptional customer service

We have numerous problems with u.s.p.s. so when very important Papers needed to get to a business we decided to overnight night it and insure it. Said it would be guaranteed onight by 6:00 next day. Now 2 days later it's not delivered and they can't find it , said we'll these things happen.

Wish I could give 0 stars.
My mailbox key broke and I need a replacement. I went in 2 months ago. I had to pay $40 to replace my whole lock rather than get a new key. Weird. Manager had approved that my address/mail box was under them and their postal location. I STILL NEED MY KEY. No one has changed a lock no one has contacted me to pick up keys.
I have been calling for weeks and weeks. It just rings and rings. Only one time did someone finally pick up. Yet apparently they have no record of me filing such maintenance request. Man on the phone insisted he’d call me back asap. This was 2 weeks ago. Still cannot get a hold of anyone.
My tax papers, my updated ID and over 2 months of mail are in my mailbox that I cannot get and not a single person has offered anything helpful.
Due to my work schedule I have trouble going in person, I have been sent away due to there being a line close to closing time and employees don’t want to stay late…
This is by far the WORST postal office in Arizona. Full of uncaring and impatient attitudes with only difficult solutions to offer IF you get a hold of someone.

Tried to pick up package and was denied since they're too lazy to go find it. Defeats the whole point of the post office

The Mesa Four Peaks Post Office is a reliable spot for all your postal needs. Despite occasionally being short-handed at the counter, the staff consistently greets customers with warm smiles and apologizes for any wait times, which shows their dedication to customer service. The facility is always kept clean, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that the phone number listed on their website seems to have some issues, as it often just rings with no response. If you need immediate answers, it's best to allocate some time to walk in. Overall, it's a great place for postal services with friendly staff and a clean environment.

I come to this post office a LOT, and the staff consistently work through the queue of folks quickly and kindly. The self-serve kiosk is pretty bad though, and it drives me crazy that they installed new drop boxes facing AWAY from the “drive-through” lane.
