“My wife and I met with Justin B. He was so welcoming and warm. He explained everything to us. We spent around 2 hours from start to driving off with out car. After 3 weeks with the car it started acting up when we went back we were reffered to silver rock but they turned us down when we went to crysler dealership we were told that we had to pay close to 3000 dollars to fix the car.

“Waited a whole year trying to find the right vehicle for our family. Other dealerships were not being honest and did not have good experience and tried to sell us a lemon car... This is my 6th vehicle and probably the best experience. Gunner was nice, patient and even processed everything over the phone since we have a baby and traveled an hour in traffic. Did get the used car checked after purchasing and it’s in great condition, worth the price and got cash back on my trade. They offered to fix the drivers side seat for free but it’s just to far. Shows they are willing to help out customers. Have told several people in my family about the dealership and how easy it was to work with them. Definitely recommend thank you.”

“My experience started with a text, followed by a phone call to Dee, and ended with a sale where the service did not stop!I stopped by VIP Auto Sales in Mesa and spoke to Dee, a polite and funny gentleman that was easy going and straight forward, which I liked. I was there to see the 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom in red. It was the second and last bike I test rode.Before starting to sign the paperwork, I explained my conundrum...I was a new rider that just took the MSF Basic and just got my MC endorsement last week.To make a long story short, Dee offered to have my bike transported to my place at no extra charge (45 miles one way). Also, from start to finish, I was donebwithcthe transaction in two hours (never had that great of an experience buying a car!).Anyways, I got my bike by 6 pm today in perfect condition! Thank you to Dee, Frankie (employee/transporter), and Kenny the owner (met him...he had a great story about his 1st motorcycle ride).Felt like family. If I ever had other needs, I would not hesitate to go back!”

“I Found this 06 Nissan 350z convertible listed on Car Guru by them. It looked extremely clean and well taken care of. I had never purchased a vehicle online before and out of state, next door, New Mexico, as a retail buyer before. When I contacted them Isiah reached out to me right away and answered all of the questions I had and told me about the vehicle. He sent me the Carfax right away. I wasn't too thrilled when I had my first conversation with Kevin when I initiated my interest to make the purchase. I felt maybe he questioned my ability to actually make the purchase.... But as an ex independent auto dealer myself and being in the business I totally understood his disposition. He did negotiate a more than fair price and was straight to the point which I did appreciate. He did acknowledge the deal we made initially on the vehicle and made my decision easy. Then I was working with Saif to finalize the deal and arrange transportation... The communication on details/logistics could have been a little better but, Saif always responded back to me and answered all my questions..... When I received the vehicle it was in way better shape than I expected! Very beautiful, seems mechanically sound as described and I am extremely happy with the vehicle and the dealership. Everything they told me about the vehicle and the condition was accurate.... Thru and thru it was an easy experience and their team was straight forward and got it done.....I will be looking to do business with these guys again when I decide to purchase my next vehicle.
